Great clean location but that impression didn’t lasted long until the manager (Robert will not give out his last name) turned our experience into a very unpleasant one. The food was in front of us and we reported our order to have discrepancies but instead of fixing we (I and my two young kids 10&12) left to eat at another location where we were treated with respect. No refund was given; will be reporting this experience to the corporate specially about Robert’s intimidating attitude and behavior.
Normally I don’t review fast food places but credit needs to be given where it’s deserved. The gentleman here that brings the food out to curbside, Trung, I believe his name is, always polite and carrying a smile. Every time I come to get coffee here , he is the one that brings it out. He always makes sure to ask me how my morning is and tells me to have a great day, I know that might not seem like a lot but in today’s time it is. So, thank you Trung for always having great customer service!
Super busy but line moved along as most Chick-fil-A do. Order was correct and everyone was polite
Waited in line for 20 min for a simple order and couldnt seen to make the sandwich the way it comes. Seems like this location is going downhill. Its a simple sandwich.
Finally, a disappointing experience. I do not live near here. Order taker was pleasant enough, but I could tell by the look on her face I had stepped in something when I asked for my biscuit (not the whole egg sandwich) to be well-done. I was dining in.As I tell the 3 cooperative CFAs in my area, I am happy to wait for my order (as they cook the biscuit 5 or more minutes). Insufficiently baked biscuits crumble, esp. on the bottom, when you pick them up to take a bite. When my order taker brought my bkfst, she explained that this unit does not oblige. (Had the same problem with the Baytown location while I was on a trip to Port Arthur.) I didn't harangue the messenger.This morning, not only was my biscuit NOT well done, when I lifted the top to re-arrange the egg and bacon, the top fell apart. The entire biscuit was underdone. Mr. CFA Operator: its the simple things that often keep customers coming back. If 3 other CFAs I patronize can do this, so can you.
This is my favorite location. The food is always fresh, hot, and the staff are wonderful. Chick-fil-A has been my favorite restaurant since i was a kid, and no place can compare.The place is super busy during lunch hour, so plan ahead. Even if you get here at 12pm, the line moves fairly fast.Hands down a great place.
You’d think that the people taking orders in the drive thru would get your order correct considering that’s literally the point of their job. I ordered my meal and specified I wanted a large drink but still got a medium. The woman also completely butchered my name so it’s clear to me she wasn’t listening all that well. This location needs to reconsider who they put in charge of taking orders and make sure that person has a competent set of ears on them.
absolutely phenomenal staff & wait time! as soon as you're done placing your order its practically handed to you steamin' hot & delicious, the staff are super freakin' friendly & the whole place is just amazing, totally would recommend this place 100%
Excellent customer service as usual, but my food wasn't hot. Probably sitting in a warming tray, thus the warm temperature when brought to me.
I love the food here. And they get your food to you fast. And you get all the sauces you want. The food is good and hot.
