Everything was great. When we went back to checkout for dessert the girl was extremely slow and only gave back my dollars. Not the change. And when I asked about it, she was like "Oh..." then yelled for a manager. He was quick in opening the till though. Then she gave me the wrong change back. I just took off after that. She shouldn't be a cashier if she can't count.
The bread on the breakfast sandwiches was hard. Had to eat it without bread. $18 worth of food wasted. No time to turn around to wait to make it right. Line was too slow and only 5 cars . Will be going to other locations next time.
Love it. Clean clean clean. Staff is fantastic and friendly. 5 stars if parking and drive through better I am being picky lol. Staff so nice and food consistently awesome
Food is fresh and serve with a smile. Generally takes around 10-15 minutes thru drive-thru. Drive-thru is busy. You can also order and pick up curbside, which is faster.
My experience was wonderful. They did not have as many workers out so service was a little slower. However, the order was correct and the food was delicious.
Chik Fil A is so slow now! You will be waiting in line for 20 minutes for some fries. Not okay!! The fries were good though lol!
Talk about great customer service....I swear this place always amazes me with their customer service. I am a frequent visitor to this location (I work near by), but I never remember to leave a review. Today, I placed a fairly large online order ($100 worth). Everything was HOT and the sandwiches were prepared perfectly, I wasn't missing one thing from this order. A big THANK YOU CFA!!
I love chick fil a however today was horrible. I ordered tortilla soup they gave me chicken noodle soup. Then I sent my son up there to get his food they forgot his chicken wrap an when he went back up there an asked for fresh fries they told him NO! Not ok! I called to resolve the issue an the manager rushed me off the phone and to come back up there. They didn’t give me or my son a receipt very unprofessional thank god I paid with my card that’s the only thing I had to confirm the order an the issue still isn’t resolved! ?
Zero chicken in their CHICKEN soup and I got a large bowl. My husband ended up cooking some chicken breast to throw in.
Went to the Towne lake chick fil a tonight order # 5032287, order a salad and sandwich meal, no pickles on the sandwich, get home and find pickles and cheese on my sandwichHas to feed sandwichto the dogs becauseI'm lactosetoleratnt. Hohenwald if you call the number on the receipt it tells you to enter a access number???
