Saturday,June 4,party of 11.6 orders of cornmeal fish was ordered with Coconut Shrimp .It was terrible.Fish was hard and dark probably cook the day before then recooked in reused day before oil.The baked potatos were hard.The broccoli was hard .This unacceptable.Fire the cook.
Came for dinner on a Thursday at around 5:45pm, right before the dinner rush. Service was fast and friendly. Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, and delicious! The ribs are just as advertised, falling off the plate. Prices are excellent! Ambience is also nice. Didn't experience any of the issues other reviews describe. Highly recommended.
This use to be our favorite restaurant today we had a bad experience. We ordered my steak had to be re-done . The meat was tough. Our waitress never came back to check on our drinks or pick up dishes. There was only us and another couple, jet everyone that worked there just walking around. Then she charges me the steak twice, thought we weren't going to find out. Not once did she apologize. This place had gone down and noone seems to care. I really feel for the owners who don't know exactly what is going on. Don't go there. Too expensive, they over charge ,don't care if the food is well cooked and they Ignacio you.FYI. the good reviews are actually written from the employees
Food was fresh and delicious. Server was very nice and value for food and margarita were amazing! My mom had the Chicken pot pie, was prepared well and had a flaky, crispy crust packed full chicken and veggies. I had the baked potato soup which is always good. I also like that they now being the buttered croissants to you without being charged. Good, quick meal & night cap.
The cups were dirty, something floating in the water, I ordered a smokehouse Burger which is supposed to come with BBQ sauce, bacon, grilled onions, pickles & tomatoes, I asked for NO tomatoes, they put tomatoes on it, there was NO pickles OR BBQ sauce.. Like idc about the pickles but HOW was there NO BBQ sauce, now our server was not the one to bring out our food so there's that. But then the waiter tried to bring out another Burger probably made how I wanted BUT I had already ate a few bites of the 1St one.. The food was decent the fries could have been full fries except for bits & pieces Burger kinda dry didn't have a drink bcuz like I said dirty cups with stuff floating around.. I usually take pics of my food for reviews but here's the pic of the appetizer we didn't finish which was OK..
My husband and I usually love coming to this Cheddars location. The food is always delicious. This time around our waitress seemed to be having a bad day or was just very frustrated. From the moment we sat down she seemed to be in a bad mood. We asked to look at the menu and she kept coming back asking “are you ready yet?” Almost as if she was rushing us. We always get the spinach dip and this time it seemed like they gave us the last of the chips. The chips were literally so small we could barely scoop up the dip. The waitress also brought us waters and they tasted soapy. I’ve always loved Cheddars and I was disappointed with this past visit. Food was amazing but the customer service was definitely not.
Had a good experience. Customer service was awesome. It was kind of slow so the food was extremely fresh and hot!
Very good food. Service was very good, too. I noticed I was charged for the 8 Oz steak when I ordered a 6oz but I didn't want to make a fuss about it. I ordered the chips and queso and half the chips closely resembled chip dust. Overall I like this cheddar's location. I just wish they would bring back the onion rings.
This Cheddar's location is very good. Service is fast and friendly. Food is fresh and portions are appropriate.I LOVE that their children's menu is priced well and not at an adult price. Thank you guys! I can definetly come here with the lil ones & not get killed for 4 adults vs 2 adults and two kids. ??
Food was great, service not that much then again the rest was at max capacity. That painkiller sauce is to die for
