This is the worst experience I’ve had in 50 years. Slow to no service. We had to walk out and the manager just says”I don’t know what’s going on “, really!!!! I recommend finding a different manager. Took close to an hour for two 6 piece wing orders. Everyone around us was getting their orders after about 10 minutes. Another family left as we sat down because they got the same poor service. Do not eat at this restaurant. Management is a complete joke.
Update: Went in again, randomly got Shelby again as our waitress, and again stellar service. By far the best service we’ve ever gotten at this locationOverall service was great, food and drinks were punctual, and the food was incredible as always. Really loved our server Shelby, wish we could have her every time
Our waitress was great. Kitchen is horrible. Management is a complete joke. Placed our order. One meal comes out on time. Second comes out 5-10min later. The third was 30min behind when we cancelled it. Managements way of “making it right” (their words) was to take the meal off the bill. Wasn’t looking for a discount, but horrific that they feel making it right was taking the item off the check that we didn’t receive. This place has gone down hill….
First and last time going there! I ordered two kid's meals I was greeted by a girl at the counter who said she would go to the kitchen to see if my order was ready I waited around 10 minutes and I didn't hear from my order, the same girl came out of the kitchen only when another person came for their order, she said that my order would be ready in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later the same girl came out to say that in 5 minutes it would be ready at this point I just left, an hour wasted in this place! Terrible service!
That's was good experience to eat there, wing is super delicious; the first time I ordered bread it cauliflower good taste crunchy and crispy .Very nice service!
We had traditional wings, tots, and macaroni/cheese. The tots and mac/cheese were great; hot & fresh! However, the wings weren't so great. The sauces weren't flavorful so I think that's why the wings didn't taste as good. Our server, Blaine, was very attentive, friendly and customer focused.
Out of all the locations, this is the worst on communication. NEVER answers the phone, and tonight picked up and hung up.2 stars because they are good about putting enough sauce on the wings where other locations barely cover the wings, but if another location wasn’t 40 minutes away, I’d drive the extra 30 to get to a location who WANTS my business.
We visited for dinner around 7 pm. The place was not very crowded but they had a small wait to be seated. We decided to sit in the bar area with no wait. We ordered two of the 10-piece wings. The wings were cooked right but the sauces were okay. Great service provided by Makayla.
Service was terrible. Our waiter was missing in action throughout our meal. We had to ask a passing waitress for help multiple times including to get the check. Food was fine but the waiter really ruined the meal.
Walked in with co worker seated ourselves totally ignored by 3 associates sat.for 10 mind. Walk out angry we were on our lunch breaks never to return!! You guys should take notes from timber creek store
