My family and I went to this place today and the service was extremely poor from management. The young man that took our order messed up on 1 strawberry ? shortcake order. When I asked them to correct it the young man told his manager, an older white male who became very upset ?. He slammed the door closed in our faces and proceeded to make it. Once the order was done the manager sat it outside of the window and did not let us know. Once we looked over to the window to see our order, he just pointed at the order like come and get it.We will try a different location next time. Poor management and poor customer service is a sad quality to have.

Creaminess ice cream I've ever had! Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk with Death by Chocolate....can't beat that combo. And their waffle cones are really good.
Personally I've been here awhile and I always get the same thing, a dini sundae with cookies and cream. So I have no talk on flavor but I can say that anytime I go through the drive way it takes an average time like about 3-5 minutes, in person it takes pretty much the same time and the benches out are nice too. Overall it earns a 5 out of 5.
2 stars for great ice cream. Minus 3 stars for three visits of disgustingly rude service.I've been here several times over the years, mainly the Louetta location. The last 3 times I've been here, I've been treated like an absolute bother. The older guy that works during the day(I'm assuming he's the owner)is just a rude a**hole. He was that way twice, now, some teenaged girl was rude af. They're just RUDE. I can't even explain it. But, there's just not friendly, bubbly service here. Between the rude attitude and the insanely high prices, I'm done. I literally spend $40-$80 here per week, butI'll NEVER give Bruster's another dollar.I never wish companies bad things, but I sincerely hope they go out of business just based on their bad attitude.
Very overpriced but had some unique flavors & several options to suit everyone's taste buds. I paid for Birthday cake on waffle cone, (2) scoops of Butter Pecan & (2) scoops of Lime Sherbet to go... Got home & opened up the cups and literally was the size of a Blue Bell kids cup. The sherbet was good and my son enjoyed his cone, but I seriously can't believe I paid $16.72 for one scoop of ice cream & a cone. Buy try it once for yourself or for a special treat.
They had some very interesting flavors that were good. The banana pudding was really good. Some of the other flavors were okay. They had dairy free options which was nice. They ice cream was okay. The staff wasn’t too friendly. They were not open on the inside so we were able to order outside but ice cream melts fast in the Texas heat.
We LOVE going to Brusters! Ever since we moved here last year- this is like a weekly family tradition. We love the friendly staff and the awesome homemade tasting ice cream. Recently an older gentleman is working at this location and he ruining our experience:( he doesn’t smile , he has no patience, he is Annoyed when you ask a question and just doesn’t seem to want to be there.GO HOME!Anyway, we still love the ice cream but his negative presence is wearing thin.
$6 for a sub par shake and a worker with an attitude First and last time there. Maybe the one in spring is better but the older guy working in cypress is costing yall business
