pretty big pizza for 20 bucks but it was just ok. the dough was a little tough. i was hoping for floppy new York style pizza but this wasn't it. and canned mushrooms?! c'mon...
Pizza is okay, however service is bad. Walked in, no one was in the restaurant and we ordered a large pizza for dine in. After waiting 20 minutes, we questioned what was going on. Our pizza hadn't even been made yet. They said sorry we have a lot of to go orders in front of you. When we complained and said you should tell your customers this, the so called manager at the time acted like they didnt care and said we've moved your pizza order up the line. 50 minutes later we got our pizza, when we repeated our concern the person didn't care to even listen. We thought we would try this New York Style Pizza place as we always go to Tony's New York Pizza place. Big mistake. Tony's has better Pizza and a lot more customer service. I'll drive a little further.
First positive experience in this Brothers Pizza Parlor. The NY type pizza are great…the dough is very crunchy….delicious.3 different sizes of pizza that you can customize with a large choice of ingredients.
Brothers makes great pizza. I'll be honest the Brothers off Mills and the one off 45 in spring seemed a little better than this one but they still make great pizza regardless. This one was just a little thicker and drier in my opinion.
DoorDash order was terrible. Dried up cheesesteak with no lettuce or anything. Pizza has toppings on only half of the slices like it was too much effort to spread the toppings out.
great service, good food
I’ve been visiting Brother’s since the Hwy 6 location was inside of West Oaks mall. Always been my favorite pizza around. Hands down best sauce and cheese. Crust can get a little floppy near the end of each slice but it’s still good. If you take it to-go it tends to get really soggy so it’s definitely better dining in.Service is interesting because you do get the feeling you are burdening some of the long time workers by being there. Not as big of a deal anymore because it seems like most restaurants have rough service these days but it’s always been that way here. If you aren’t expecting it, it can put you off. Also, they don’t offer water from their soda fountain. You have to either buy a bottled water or drink from an assortment of Pepsi products. I always found that an interesting decision. On our last visit the crust was thicker and soft which was not really what I was used to from them but still delicious. As long as they keep using the high quality ingredients they always have, I’ll keep eating here.
Best pizza in Cypress and in Houston. Family owned and operated and authentic NY pizza. You try it and you'll understand.
We tried this place yesterday and I must say it was probably one of the b st pizza's flavor wise that I've had. My only complaint was that the center dough was undercooked which was unfortunate so we were not able to fully enjoy this pizza. When we went to warm it up we had to throw some of it away because the dough was so raw. Hopefully that was just a mishap.
The WORST Customer ServiceThe Pizza is great, but they literally have no interest whatsoever in keeping customers happy. Twice now, I’ve gone to pick up my order and waited over 30 min after the time they said it would be ready. Both times everything was ready but one item. I waited for half an hour, then went to ask about it. The item had been done for 20 min. Everything was cold, and they didn’t offer to replace it with fresh food or even to warm it up. Mind you, this has happened twice. The other time we ordered, they told us it would be over an hour. I came at the time they said, but the food had obviously been there for quite a while. Maybe someday I’ll actually have a hot meal from there.
