When Baskin Robbins have the flavors you want, they are GREAT. This location always seems limited.
0/10 like first the lady was nice, I ask her to give me some minutes to order, then when I was ready l tell her and she totally ignore me. I saw the manager walking and ask her if someone can take my order, she ignore me as well, she walk back I ask her again, and she ignore me again, I wait, ask again, they ignore me AGAIN, and I felt. The worst service I ever had. To the owner I was in the drive-through at 12:30 today The lady had very bad attitude she need alot of training.
Wasn't sure I wanted to write this review because I have mixed feelings about my first time visit. I don't want to judge any service on first visit because nothing is ideal and especially during a pandemic which has resulted in limited staff and service levels. I'm all good with that but, when you drive all the way to an ice cream shop because you want a good REAL ICE CREAM MILKSHAKE (and not the overly sweet concoction offered at fast food places) you're kind of put off and shocked when it's HORRIBLE. The staff was nice in the drive thru and made efforts to quickly prepare my Shake. They asked me to park in front and they would bring it out. I ended up going inside for it instead and was so happy to see a Large Strawberry ice cream shake that looked like it supposed to. I thought it was worth every penny of the $7 charge. I got home and it was full of crushed ice. Huh??? Why was ice put in the blender. I tried to still drink it but ice kept getting stuck in the straw, so then tried to drink from the cup but had to keep crunching on the ice and the ice cream flavor was barely there. What a disappointment and was money literally poured down the drain. I called the store to see if there was a mistake made and was told yes, that was not correct and no ice should've been added. I received NO offer of refund, NO assurance that the crew will be corrected to prepare with right recipe in future...I just got a "sorry about that" response. I will give this place another try but certainly not for Milkshakes! Sorry review so long but thanks for reading!
They only have one person working in the ice cream section and no one else is helping also the same person is charging the order and runs to the cashier to get paid for order. Not sure who the owner of this location is but definitely needs his attention.
Nice staff and good selection
I highly recommend NEVER going to this location. I'm almost at a loss for words at how badly my experience went. I'm writing this with an actual migraine from my experience.I sat at the drive thru trying to make my order for 10 minutes. We were trying to get a special treat to celebrate the first week of school. However, they were out of vanilla ice cream. It was extremely difficult to hear the employee speaking. And almost impossible to understand when she was listing all the flavors quickly. I figured out that some of the confusion mispronounciation but also just having things not listed was the one of the hardest things for me during this experience. They were also out or unable to make a ton of things. There was no vanilla ice cream which was what the lo wanted but then I couldn't get my drink because they use vanilla ice cream to make that too. The employee also said that there was limited ice cream options because one of the freezers was broken.
Gave me the wrong ice cream, discovered only after we left, woman taking order at drive thru was so soft spoken we couldnt hear or understand her even at window. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE INSTEAD OF WASTING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY !
What a terrible service!! Unprofessional staff, store doesn't have ice creams wanted. Unbelievable!!
Horrible customer service. I went to quickly pick out a birthday cake, but there was a handwritten sign on the door that said lobby is closed due to low staff (there were 5 workers that I saw in there). I knocked on the door to speak to them and the worker very slowly came to the door, while we stood in the rain. I explained that we aren’t wanting to eat or sit inside but we just needed to view the cake display case to pick out a cake. We were happy to use the drive-thru to pay for it, but I just needed to see the display to pick it out. The worker thought it was hilarious that I wanted to see the display case when clearly there was a sign saying the lobby was closed. I was refused access to the display case and she just thought the whole situation was so funny. This store does not have employees with compassion or that even exercise common sense. I left and went to another location that was happy to accommodate my need.
