We've been here a couple of times now and both times we were impressed with the polite and friendly staff! Our bartender was great and the drinks were yummy! Both times we had several of the small plates during happy hour. Oh my goodness... the street corn was my favorite, but everything was fabulous! If you haven't tried this gem out, you should!

By far my favorite restaurant!! Food is full of flavor, presentation is amazing and drinks are to die for!! The michelada margarita is my favorite. Will definitely be going back and telling all my friends how amazing this place is!!
First time trying this place and I must say the staff is very welcoming. Loved the food and the drinks. Finally found a great authentic Mexican restaurant in cypress. Best past is happy hour everyday between 4-7 not just drinks but appetizers also. I had the barbacoa tacos and must they do add a lot of meat to the tacos which is a plus and husband got the chipotle chicken with yuca and nopales. So yummy ? blood orange margaritas was awesome ?
Worst restaurant in Katy! I do t know how they have almost 5 stars. We ordered a shrimp cocktail and ceviche and they both had a bunch of lettuce at the bottom of the cup to make it look like more,as you see in the pictures. The tacos had a hard tortilla and meat,and tasteless! Definitely NOT recommended.Only thing good was the salsa and chips.

Exceptional and original traditional Mexican cuisine. Chef Alex has done an amazing job of creating unique flavors and presentation. Each plate is a work of art.
We were looking for a new place close to home and we enjoy supporting smaller "mom and pop" type places but you never know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. The music was great (but kind of loud for such a small space). The people and the atmosphere were very welcoming and friendly.My husband ordered a burrito with beef fajita meat in it. The meat was tender and flavorful and the serving size was generous. I ordered chicken taquitos and I enjoyed them. There were 4 of them and they were served with guacamole on top. The guac was slightly bland but when I added the red salsa to it it was good.We look forward to returning!
Nice first experience.Large selection of food, we took a beef and chicken fajitas for 2 people.The guacamole was excellent and the fresh lime juice tooThe flavor was great ….it was a big portion for 2 people.The service was also very nice.We will definitely come back.
We wanted to Rey a new place so we have this place a try. They have great margaritas and their salsa and chips are good (they have a red and green salsa both served warm). We tried their empanadas (we only liked the beef as the chicken and pork were very bland and dry). We also tried a couple entrees. The margaritas were very good and the food was just OK. Just needed fmore flavor and seasoning. I'd recommend coming for their margs.
