Food came out messed up they took the food back brought it back 30 seconds later with all the remnants still left on the burger. Total disregard for customer service. The clearly messed up the order they should have made it right and own up to their mistakes. It's a real shame. I had such high hopes.
We came in town for a wedding and the manager at Tru hotel called over to Andy’s and said there would be a wedding party coming afterwards. I gotta say I love Texas every time I have visited. My first time in Cypress and the hospitality Andy and his crew showed us was exceptional. Thank You Andy! The bride mentioned to me she was so happy we came here to have an after party.
Great burgers! the buns are tasty, kinda sweet, the meat is well seasoned, as well arranged. It's always nice to have a personal touch of a handmade Burger on a spot that is not a big chain restaurant for a change. Price is not that bad either, and staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.
Great local spot!! The burgers are out of this world!! We love the vibes of this little eatery, and we often come for quick lunches! You’ll leave stuffed!! I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious!!
We decided to get burgers at this joint at the last minute, because another place was closed for a graduation.We’re a family of 5, so we got a few burgers and some chicken tenders. No big deal.To be honest, we feel bad for cheating on the Mickey D’s around the corner. We paid $50 for flavorless food.The hamburger patties were straight from the frozen packet. I think there may have been some seasoning thrown on top to zest them up, but we couldn’t taste it. The fries were bland, so I threw some seasoned salt on all of our food to make it worth eating.I’m not trying to throw shade, but this place should do better.Not to mention those kids working there were rude as possible - and coming the service industry, that’s takes a lot for me to comment about.Perhaps this place used to be good when Andy worked there, but not anymore.
The food was amazing! The owner was super nice and the atmosphere was relaxing. I can't wait to go back and enjoy a after work cocktail. They also do catering and we plan to use them for our employee lunch this week. The fried jalapeno were absolutely amazing with the yummy ranch dipping sauce.
Heard a lot of great things about this place so my daughter and I decided to go have lunch and it did NOT disappoint. Fried pickles were fresh and hot. I was able to get my burger on Texas toast. We will definitely be back

Had a great experience. Just what we needed in the area. Great atmosphere and a perfect place from families with children to visit. The chicken fried steak was one of the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to visit again. Your “longtime friends”, Jim and Jill
