I tell myself every time I go in there "never again...", but always find myself back there. I ordered online at 5:20 this evening, it said 16-21 minutes. Get there at 5:40 and food wasn't ready. Waited until about 6 before I had my food and was out of there. It is like every time.Update: found it faster to order at the location. I believe they don't make online orders until the person shows up to get it. The last 2 times I've ate there they have shorted me. Order an 8 piece and get a 6.
Counting. I purchased 8 wings and received 7. Did not find out till I was home.
Ordered off Door dash. Everything was good but the fries. There were barely any and they were cold with barely any seasoning.
Slow service u call ahead of time 30 minfor a order you get there and wait for 30 more minutes making the wait 1 hours. It sucks

The Corsicana location is horrible- you can never call in to order ahead because it says the phone is no longer in service and online ordering isn’t available. This is ridiculous.
We called an hour ahead of time. They only gave us half our order. Once brought to their attention we STILL had to wait another 30 minute after being told it was on them we didn't get the complete order and it would come out right away. I had to remind them 3 times that I was waiting on the rest of my order. They were nice enough. Store was clean, but they really should be more organized with handling ALL orders.
