Food had declined in almost every way rail thin burnt patties just thrown on a bun with one sad slice of pickle, very long lines, food was cold by the time it was served. It's expected from a place like McDonald's but for a whataburger it's just sad.
Really nice interior and seating on this location. Also friendly service inside, but I did hear people complaining about the slow drive-through.
Slow and my food was cold. Sat in line for more than 20 minutes and my burger was ice cold. Unacceptable.
First time to this WB: Came in on a good day. Food was great and fast. Onion rings were PERFECT!! T everyone super nice.
We've never had an issue until TONIGHT.... They made my son's burger wrong. He went up there very respectfully and asked for a remake, she asked for recipe, he showed her .... so yes THEY MADE IT WRONG.... they then corrected the issue with some visual attitude (pics loaded). My son just dealt with it. I then noticed it was a single and not a double... I then went up there irritated but i was gonna keep my cool until I hear "here we go again" and just went off. The pure disrespect that came from the cooks. It was on the receipt and YALL DIDNT PAY ATTENTION....i asked for that meal to be refunded ... a #2 large is definitely more than $7 but it's whatever.... I doubt I will ever come back
Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and then they tell me they had to cook the chicken for the salad..They want you to drive around to the other side of the bldg and it takes forever because 7th Ave is busy and other cars have the lane blocked because they’re trying to turn in..They definitely need a better system ..Not a great place for lunch if you’re trying to get back to work
Just a quick visit to get some milkshakes for my family. Fast and friendly service. Great shakes!

Nice clean Whataburger. Very good customer service. The tables were clean. Floors clean. Restroom clean...
Absolutely pitiful service. Ordered 2 breakfast burgers with on 2 other customers in the store and 25 minutes later I was given 2 ice cold breakfast burgers and cold hash browns from a very rude server. The customers ahead of me were complaining about the very poor and very slow service as well.
