Excellent coffee, and so is the Service, HOWEVER, Starbucks does not offer military or senior discounts. Does anyone think that I will continue to be a patron of this establishment? .-.-. I am going to continue to go to McDonald's where I get a discount and the coffee is just as good or better since is Colombian Coffee.
Great experience today at this Starbucks in Corsicana. Very friendly service from Angela as well.
Got 3 caramel ribbon crunches 1 venti, 2 grande. Delicious, 1 for me and my 2 son's. The service was good, the lady was very nice. I'd come again I have no complaints.
Waited for over 20 minutes to get a coffee of half sweet cream cold foam which is not even what I ordered. Never returning to this starbucks
They’re consistently out of stuff. Every. Single. Day. Today they didn’t say there were out of anything so I got my hopes up, but it seems that they were probably out of coconut milk. Never said a word about it. Just handed me this drink with their chest out like they were proud of it.the pictures attached are what I ordered v what I received.
Shout out to Louann and Ella as yall are ALWAYS topnotch with friendliness and hospitality!! With all the shortages of product that varies, which is not in their control, they really try to make you a beverage that you will enjoy! Louann walked around and gave out $4 gift cards for the inconvenience of waiting. There was just a high volume of customers but still she cared enough to reach out to those waiting longer than normal. Ladies, yall work hard and I appreciate all that you do! :-)
Arrived at 7:35 pm cst on Sunday, January 9, 2022 and they were not taking orders and were pretending to be closed. They are supposed to be open until 8PM. My family and I were traveling back to Houston from Dallas and needed coffee for the energy boost to get home. There were about 3 to 4 other vehicles in the drive thru line and we all drove off since the employees inside decided to hide out and not take orders.
Extremely slow service. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Everyone ordering inside was waiting so long. There were mobile and drive tru orders placed after that were made before ours. I wish I read the reviews before I stopped at this store.
I have never experienced a Starbucks that is CONSTANTLY out of everything. Unbearably slow. Orders are often wrong. App is NEVER in sync with what they actually have or don't have. When I do order ahead, and drive thru telling them I have a mobile order, I often still have to wait once I get to the window despite ordering 10 minutes ahead of arrival PLUS waiting in line for another 10-20 min. Just poorly managed.
Stopped by at 11:20am on December 1st, 2021. Ordered online for pick up a grande soy caramel brulee with an added shot and tall cookie crumble creme frap. Waited 10 minutes for the tall creme and given a hot grande coffee. Then I am given a grande creme cookie crumble and a grande creme caramel brulee... Really disappointed. Tried calling the store number and it isn't connected
