The food has always been correct, hot, and fresh when we have been here. The service is super slow, though. I definitely would not call this a fast food restaurant and would not suggest it if you need to make a quick stop for food. Usually, the drive-thru is faster but not lately. I know they are understaffed (I asked). The staff that is there is always working super hard when I see them.
I decided to have a burger and fries today. I went to sonic (on west 7th ave) I was very disappointed when I got my order home fries were cold the burger wasn't hot the tomatoes were powdery and the lettuce was turning brown. ( I don't live that far from this location) I paid almost $9.00 for something that wasn't good. I don't usually eat out and this is the reason why but I decided treat my self today. I don't like to complain but I don't want this to happen to someone else. I will NOT be eating here AGAIN.
So this is the Sonic Drive-In on 7th street in Corsicana, Texas and here's my take away. When I visit basically any fast food hamburger restaurant. I don't want any type of sauce. For clarity, that's the basic Mayo, Ketchup or Mustard, oh and no tomato if I'm driving. But for some reason the order taker can't get it right. Example yesterday,I ordered a Sonic Cheeseburger, lettuce, pickle, onion. He repeat wrong I reorder 2 more times and he entered it wrong on the order menu screen. When I got to the window the very kind and helpful lady repeated my order and it was wrong so I repeated my order 3 more times before any body could hear and accept I didn't want any Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo or Tomato (I was driving) when the helpful kind lady gave me my burger she " suggested" I pull up and check my burger before driving off, I did and it was right. Now the burger review. 1. It seemed to be a thicker hamburger pattie, I could ever remember getting before. 2. It's was very hot 3. The burger wasn't smashed 4. It was made correct. So it was fresh, hot, tasty and made perfectly for me. Thanks Sonic for a yummy Taco Tuesday burgerlunch. (For my followers sorry about not having photos)
Took almost 30 mins for my food, I was late coming back from lunch to work. Had to call my boss.
Order seven drinks and only got six had to go back to get the seven drink that they forgot and the guy The answer to Anacon said it’s sitting right here no sorry no nothing yes it was Saturday and they were very rude and even asked for a tip Bad service here
Very good food and very nice ppl! I just order food and got it! Order was right and very nice ppl! My only problem is should be able leave tip with atm card! I couldn’t so got my order and learned couldn’t leave tip atm card, then I left went atm and got cash! Went back order water and left small tip for them!
Went to Sonic today and not only did they get the order wrong but my daughter had to go to the bathroom and that is the main reason I'm going to leave this review. First off the bathroom has no handle whatsoever and you have to pull on a tiny little knob. Then when we walked in the floor was soaked with absolutely no wet floor sign. You can tell there is a bug in the water by the pictures. And also I don't know what this other thing is on the floor but it was right by the women's bathroom door.
Quick in and quick out. Food is consistently fresh. Wait staff are friendly and professional.

The food is always very well tasty and presentable looking, overall customer experience was complete satisfactory, I recommend this Sonic to a lot of others who are hungry and love the taste of Sonic???✌️
