Great snow cones. Heads up though, no credit card accepted / Cash only. I got the Shrek and it was good
We waited over 30 minutes (before our order was even taken) while other cars were served first. The person taking orders wasn’t able to calculate the cost and had to make 3 trips to the car (still before the order went in to be made). After they took the order, we still waited at least 20 min. Others paid and drove off because of the terrible service. I would not recommend this place. I’ve posted pics of the menu and prices because they just expect you to remember whenever they come to your car. Please have a meeting and work on your business model; it should not take 50 min to get a snow ball (which I received a size smaller than I paid for).
Their parking lot drop off is so steep it damaged my front bumper / air dam - don’t come here in a sports car.In 35 minutes of waiting, they didn’t serve a *single* vehicle in the massive line we were trapped in, as in the line did not reduce by even one car for 35 minutes straight.The lines and waits are absolutely absurd, when we went there were 3 cars in front of us, which immediately ballooned to TWELVE cars in two lanes. We were trapped and had to wait more than 50 min for an average-at-best sno cone, all while people who arrived way after us were getting served before us because they came out and did the two line thing.They literally ruined an entire afternoon. I would have left 20 times over, after even 15 min of waiting, but I was trapped on all sides and was forced to wait an HOUR for an average sno cone.How long can it possibly take to scoop some ice in a cone and squirt some flavor in it?Apparently 35 minutes PER CAR at Sno-Biz, where they promise they’ll serve lots of other people before you while damaging your car and trapping you for an hour at a time for an average sno cone!Avoid this place at all costs if you at all value your time, your vehicle, or your sno cone consumption quality.
First trip here. So many flavors to choose from. I wish they had descriptions up. I did not want to hold up line asking questions. We did learn lions blood is strawberry flavor that’s it. :)I went with strawberry cheesecake and my daughter had banana and root beer.Great flavors and service was pretty fast.
Best Sno-cones! Best customer service! Best management! Clearly the best all around! Nice and genuine people who care about the customer! Great employees!
I have been family friends with the people that started this establishment, it was ran with customer service being number one. To the people that have taken over this business YOU need to remember what good customer service is. It only takes one person to tell someone else about the Poor Quality Customer Service you’re providing.

I really great place to get a snow cone in Corsicana. especially if you're a diabetic they have great sugar-free flavors when you ask for them it can make one on the spot if you need one.
The snow cones r good n cheap but I had to wait in line for a good 20 to 25 mins n I was 3rd in line n after they gave the person in the first car her 12 snow cones no joke they talked for a good five mins they either need to step their game up n quit talking in line or add more people to help cause if u got a line around the corner n sticking out into the street that tells u something
