Worst fast food experience ever! We stopped in to grab a quick lunch on our way to the coast. It took us 15 minutes to get to the counter to place our order. There was only one person in front of us. The customer and employee seemed to know each other and were just talking to each other. After ordering, an employee had s coughing fit. She didnt cover her mouth and coughed sll over the chicken in the warmer. Gross. Two ladies that were there before us asked for a refund. They got into a heated exchange with the counter people. Thirty minutes after placing our order we received our food. Got in the car snd found out the chicken was old and dried out. No biscuits. Fries were cold. We will NEVER come here again. I dont know why most Popeyes are now so poorly managed.
I dont eat out much, but when i do. I expect better than this. I just throwed this in trash.
My family and I were heading to Houston and since this popeye was by the interstate we decided to stop by through the drive-thru and order a 16-piece family meal. Well I checked the bag before leaving and everything seemed to look right, but it wasn’t until later that we hit the road and realized that we only got a 10-piece family box. I paid 45.00 for this and didn’t get the right amount. We were too far to go back and fix the situation. We tried calling, but no answer. We do plan to stop by on our way back from Houston. I can say though that the customer service was good.
4/26/22. Tried it again. Sadly there isn't that many food options by the home Depot. Chicken wasn't even spicy no orange representing the spice. According to the thermometer it was room temperature though. Didn't really feel welcomed in there either . Posted is a pic of a wing.I have seen bigger shrimp. Definitely won't come back again. This place can do way better. Make matters worse their receipt machine wasn't even working. I know why cuz it probably been getting bad reviews.Chicken wasn't even spicy. It tasted like something cooked in Wesson oil. People were nice food just really really sucked. Churches chicken has em beat hands down not just with taste but also portions the pieces at churches are considerably larger and not boney.

Service is horrible time wise and they cannot keep up with their orders. People were getting refunds, customers walking out not wanting to wait. Told food was just going in the cookers 15 minutes after we were already told that it was. Horrible experience. Overheard the cook telling the cashier to close the lobby so they could catch up orders. Also no toilet paper in ladies restroom and hand dryer was not working.
Cashier was cleaning the lobby and came to take out order... Never change his gloves.. touched our food with them i asked to change them he ignore me and they won't retuned my money back!!!! Nastiest place i have been... Never again will eat there!!! N
I bought Popeyes chicken strips and they weren't cooked thoroughly. (Not the first time that it happened)The apple pie was broken and crumbling when you took it out of the carton.p
Wow, after $51 in old dry chicken all 5 orders were wrong. I just couldnt confront the kid at the register with an airpod in his ear. I think he was getting coached from the guy standing in the corner on his phone. I knew it was for real when the family behind us got the last of the old chicken just as they poured the fresh chicken. Sad to say this is a i45 location.
Restaurant was NOT clean and staff was clowning around with each other & the language was flying behind the counter. Napkin dispensers were empty & bathroom wasn't clean either. Mgmt not taking care of business.Food was good, but won't go back due to the cleanliness.
