Terrible customer service. the General Manager, Arturo is an idiot and very rude.
The only problems I have with this location is they are always out of the large pan crust and they don't always cook it the way I order it, well done, extra crispy. Nobody I know likes a soggy crust.
The pizza was pretty good but I paid extra for stuffed crust and there was cheese in the crust but it was hit and miss. It's sad that nothing is done with Love anymore its just flipped together and done. Overall from 1 to 10. I would give a 5.
Went there on 2-22-22 at 10:20 pm order a bar-b-que pulled pork pizza to go! When it was ready wasn't even pull porked it was chicken! Ask the server for a pull pork and had to wait again and when I got it ,it was sausage pizza with bar-b-que sauce! If the server wasn't so high he might of realized that sausage and pulled pork are not the same!!!
I haven't a clue what pizza hut did to the crust, but it genuinely tastes like cardboard now.
The pizza had no taste especially the sauce for it to Buffalo & the dough was under cooked
Pizza was delicious and the worker who brought the pizza out was very nice and polite.
They left part of my order at the store. The pizza was cold and did not taste good as it usually does.

Called by phone to get delivery and was dispatched to a call center where they took my order. The man otp repeated my order and my card number twice and said it would take 90 mins. 1 hour later, delivery man shows up saying I owe X amount of money and I tell him I paid already otp. Well apparently the man otp canceled my card option and switched to cash, then delivery driver says I have to go to his car and talk to the manager to give him my card number (It’s dangerous going to strangers vehicles so I told my husband & he watched me thru the window). After I took my pizza, checked my bank account and got charged TWICE. Called this franchise and they said I should expect a refund in 3-5 days. Makes no sense when they said my card “didn’t go thru” yet $$ was taken from my account anyways. Pizza Hut has stolen from me and their pizza is trash.
