Went through the drive thru, had to yell for them to hear. Then when I go to open my one of my items,the cream cheese rangoons, one was literally just the fried wonton thing no cream cheese at all. Then I open the small entree order of orange chicken and it’s HALF full when I paid full price. This just doesn’t make any sense to me. Oh and they were out of soy sauce. I won’t be back.
Went through the drive- thru, the girl had a very difficult time hearing me unless I literally yelled. Had to go in to get sauces. They were out of soy sauce!!!! Like really?!!! My husbands Beijing beef tasted like shoe leather. If I could give negative stars I would!!!
Service is terrible every time we come here! They are ALWAYS out of items! The establishment needs better management!
Great Ball Park. Food prices have jumped from last year. Be prepared for sticker shock.

States on website that it opens at 10.30am. I stood outside from 10.30 to 10.40am. knocking but no one opened the door.
Love orange chicken. Went 3 different times and ended up getting free food. 1st tea was very bad 2nd and 3rd time couldn’t get order right. Sad can’t get order right and make happy customers. Every time it was same girl that messed up.
