Everything about this coffee shop was amazing. I had the salmon panini, and it was delicious. I like the free coffee board of someone leaves your name. So thoughtful!
If you’re in the area and looking for great coffee, pastries and food - Mita’s Coffee House & Fine Foods. The atmosphere is great and the perfect spot to relax, have a meeting or get work done. Service is also fantastic and quick.
Adorable coffee shop with nice atmosphere and cool old safe in back of dining area. Very cozy and inviting with really great pastries, iced coffee, and breakfast tacos. If we lived locally, I would come here often. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
I Love Mitas! But I just had a question for the owner...Are you guys having the customers make their own Coffee now?I usually have a nice girl make it for me.. I'm not sure what her name is.. but today when I called in to order & go pick up. The young girl behind the counter had me make it myself. I was very confused.
The place is so cute! Cozy atmosphere and outlets everywhere if you need to get studying done. The coffee was delicious and the staff so friendly. It’s worth the detour if you’re on the way to or from Dallas
Outstanding coffee shop! Nearly all coffeeshops fit into one (or both) of two categories: hipster and Christian. This is in the latter category. Went in the late afternoon to get some homework done; the environment was perfect: quiet, not too many folks, gentle contemporary Christian music, friendly staff. The place is very clean. I ordered an iced mocha, which was 10/10—no sourness or 'bite' at all.If I lived in Corsicana, I'd probably be here every day.
Mitas is so charming and so delicious. The lady that works there was super fast, made delicious coffee, food AND working solo at the same time. I came to Mitas after having a not so good coffee down the road and came hoping to find better coffee to start my day off right. I ordered a caramel white chocolate breve and breakfast tacos. She had my coffee ready in less than 4 minutes all while waiting on other customers and cooking food. It was delicious! Creamy breve full of flavor and breakfast tacos that hit the spot. Thank you!

Cute local coffee house with gourmet expresso drinks and homemade baked goods including a quiche of the day. Worth taking the slight detour from highway 31 into the historic downtown.
