Almost every time I get a to-go order it's wrong,I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder,and y'all put big Mac sauce and mayo,no lettuce,no tomatoes,no pickles.So disappointed.and they will not answer the phone.???
Darnell is such an amazing employee! Everytime I go get my groceries and stop by to get some food hes always the one to take my order most of the time but the difference between him and everyone else that works there is his enthusiasm his smile and his wantingness to actually make sure I have everything most people just throw the bag on the counter and call your number well Darnell comes up to me and makes sure I have everything I need ketchup napkins everything ! The sweetest person ever and when I thanked him about how kind of a person he was he responded with how he takes pride in doing his job and making sure the customer gets good quality service ! This wonderful man needs a raise or something for how well he treats his customers especially coming from a location with so many negative comments about it’s workers ! I could go on and on with nothing but great compliments about him but unfortunately only been in Corcicana for a couple months and all the times Ive been to this location It makes my day seeing an employee that actually looks like he likes doing what he does ! Darnell is great !
Food was great! Unfortunately There was a older black lady with glasses that was very rude and demanding I felt rushed as I placed my order …she threw my food on the counter and did it with aggression hopefully no one get the same experience as I did with this lady.
Well, I was charged way too much for what I ordered and was lied too...I ordered a Big Mac combo with a chocolate shake and 1 extra shake...I was charged over 14 dollars for it...I asked the young man why my order doubled in price for another shake, and went ahead and paid for it,and asked for the reciept... well he didnt know, so the girl next to him must have said something to another lady. soo as I'm waiting for my order, she starts talking to me and tells me, about my bill and that theres a dollar surcharge for the upgrade on my drink, ok, no problem...but on my bill, the meal itself is 7.59...so..plus the dollar, should have been 8.59...they charged me 2.29 for the surcharge.. plus 3.29 for another shake...for a total of 14.26...I thought it outrageous that they lied about the charge and that she explained that the prices went up because of the truckers and covid...etc.. For this price and for only 1 meal....what a rip off...I wont be back, for only a couple of dollars more, at least at Sonic. I can get two meals for almost the same price and the French fries would at least be hot ! So, do I recommend McDonald's...NO...I DONT, unless you want less food and pay more money for it ! I sure was disappointed ! Lesson learned...Go to Sonic next time, at least two people can eat for the price of one, unlike McDonald's !
Did not visit here!!!! Cannot eat food from this place. Makes me physically ill.
