So a manager named Victoria straight up lied about being able to pull up a mobile order, when I asked for her name she looked straight at me and walked off. Thank Goodness For Another Manager Named Tiara, she was able to find the order RIGHT AWAY!Idk where she got trained but customer service 101 definitely needs to be addressed. Your not the only manager on shift, if you don’t know ASK, don’t Lie to your customers. I will also say the 3rd manager I noticed Bobbie, I believe, was very nice as well. So Tiara and Bobbie Gets 5 stars, Victoria Gets 1 (for showing up to work) so I went in the middle and did 3 stars ??♂️
Staff was very rude when I ordered a two simple big mac meals for my family. They did not know what order they were making and gave me an incorrect order. When I sat there patiently to wait the girl goes “are you waiting for something” well obviously… i told her about the incorrect meal and she gives me a big ol attitude saying it was the right order. No, I did not come to mcdonalds just to order fries only. I corrected her and she finally gave me new order but there was nasty hair in my food. It was very unsanitary I dont think I will go to this location ever again. Just flat out rudeness.
Joseline (the manager) was very rude. Cashier got my order wrong and the manager told me she couldnt refund me my money. I dont see why not if i stated my order correctly the cashier just put in wrong.
This place is always clean and the bread, veggies and meats are fresh. The staff is always nice and greet you when you walk in.
My friend and I stopped at this McDonald's. First, the crew member, who took our order, didn't ask if we wanted to dine in or take out. He just assumed we wanted take out. When we told him we wanted to dine in, he gave us a number to place on our table. Nevertheless, no one ever brought our food to us. When we finally got our food ourselves, our 'Crispy Chicken' sandwiches we ordered were old and dry, no sauce. In fact, my friend and I became ill with a stomach flu later that night. When I had gone into the women's restroom, it was filthy. Trash was halfway to the ceiling. All of the individual trash compactors were full. The floor had trash on it. Overall, this wasn't the same McDonald's I had been visiting these past few years. It was usually so clean, and the food was fresh. This is the reason I always stopped there when passing through Corsicana, sometimes just to use their clean restrooms. All I can say is "Poor management".

Ignored at drive through, I went in to get my order. I started to order and "manager" stopped the woman at register to talk to her. I said, she was taking my order she will talk to you when she is done. Manager told me I was disrespectful and that she "did not "f**king care what I thought" she then loudly made the same statement several more times. I called the 800 number which was not answered and I have been ignored. Employee should be immediately fired!
Had an outstanding lunch here on our road trip. Cashier was exceptionally friendly and made our time plesant. 1-7-22 at 12:30
