I order online on app . Got there and it said the order was ready and it wasn't. Then I had to wait forever for them to find my order then they , tried to give me the wrong. I am glad I looked before I left.
They're very expensive, very slow, forgot our drink, and forgot who ordered what, they had 5 cars parked waiting for orders to be brought.
Stopped for lunch. The food was good, however one of the employees brought their child to work. He hit my wife in the stomach when she came out of the bathroom. That would normally not be a problem however my wife has medical problems. The child also poured a cup of water on the floor which was a fall hazard.
Pulled up to the drive thru at 9:15 pm. Checked the Google maps to see what time they closed. Looks like it closes everyday at 10 pm. Or so we thought. We said hello, no reply. Looked past the menu and seen all the employees walking out saying "we're closed" as they were walking to their cars and leaving for the night. Smh. This was our first time here. This wasn't a good first impression. More than likely won't be coming back.
Stopped on March 22 while passing thru. Our order was missing items that we had to go back for. My chicken breast was the smallest I've ever gotten at a chicken place. I'm not sure if we were served chicken or quail the pieces were all so small. Asked for crispy, got original. It was so cold the girl working the counter had on a big Hoodie. We sat at the cleanest table we could find. To her credit the girl was cleaning tables while we were in there. Places like this make me want to skip all KFC's
Normally I would not be so harsh but this place is a insult to the KFC legacy. I was told tonight that they could not fill my order as they closed in an hour that's 9pm and stopped cooking chicken at 7 pm. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That means the chicken they are serving is two hours old or more. Can you say botulism. food poisoning etc and the last time I tried to get chicken there it was so over-cooked we couldn't eat it. Bulldoze this place or fire the liar who manages this place.
The bathroom men's bathroom is closed. Sign on women's states Now Men / Women's restroom.Which whatever but sadly bathroom needs cleaning. Not even gonna mention toilet but floor is 1/2" thick with stickiness of some sort. Water sensor out of position, almost had to stand on head to get it to come on, then couldn't get it to stay on.Sorry KFC when bathrooms are like that, i gotta question kitchen / food
Placed an online order and when I got home food was missing. Also the food we did have was horrible. Asked for a call back from the manager and got no response. Spent $40 and ended up throwing the majority of the food away. Will definitely not be going back there.
Raw chicken served with bad attitudes. Ordered 3pc box with two drums and a breast, slaw and mac and cheese. Received two breast and only one drum and potatoes not slaw. I asked for my slaw got eyes rolled at me and was told I have to give the potatoes which were already in my vehicle back to them. Uh why? Did they resale them???I ate the first two pieces of chicken and then the third was super chewy, I peeled into it and it was bleeding and raw. I went back and showed them the raw food and asked for a refund. The girl with a bad attitude walked off and eventually came back and said they'd refund me but I'm technically supposed to bring the whole order back. I said I did and pointed at the box and she rolled her eyes again and huffed and I said I can't know to eat the raw food first that's not my fault.I've reported this location to DSHS for taking in food post leaving the restaurant and serving undercooked poultry.
Lobby was closed to customers. Why? Kids were running around inside though. I am guessing kids of the workers or manager. Was asked to pull in front of building to wait for food even though no one was behind us. Wasn't given any sauce with meals.
