Went to the new jack in the box that was built. Never again if i could give it a 0 i would but i can’t. Drive through was full and took forever…went to the other one and it’s much better. This is sad and other than that the employees are rude way rude. Built a new jack just to get the same experience…

I ordered chicken strips and got some little dessert. I made 20 calls and no one answered and no one called back. We do not live in Corsicana or I could have taken them back.
Really slow service in the drive thru. Took forever to order them forever to get up to the window, only 1 car ahead of us and all for only 2 drinks!
the food was prepared nicely and neatly and seem to be wrapped with care not just thrown on the bun and slap together good experience recommended stop if you like Jack in the box
Couldn't even order because the lady was talking to her friends at the drive thru instead of taking our order... She kept saying one minute and after 8 minutes we had to drive off and that's when we seen her playing in the drive thru window with her friends
The girl was very rude when taking my order in the drive thru then pushed it in my face and shut the window without asking me if I wanted condiments. The tacos had almost no lettuce. Never again.
It was great. I live in Athens and they took out our Jack in the box, so I miss it alot. It tastes so good. Thank you Jack!

Drive thru lady was rude and impatient for no reason. Then proceeded to not give full order because she rang it up wrong. Terrible customer service.
