1st off They rarely answer the phone, but never when I call. I've been in there several times while the phone rings and they just let it keep ringing and few times I have seen them answer it. The guy who makes the pizzas is very rude. And I've seen him answer the phone and be rude to the caller. I went in once and asked if my order was ready and the cashier asked him if my order was ready. He yelled back "it's gonna be 30 minutes! They can cancel it if they don't wanna wait!” mind you I had already been waiting 30 minutes. Another customer in the store asked why he was being so hostile and aggressive. And when I walked in to the store another costumer was walking out and said be careful in there one of the workers is on a rampage or something. So before I even got there he was already being very unprofessional apparently. I think his name is Robert. At least that's what it says in the dominos app. It says Robert began preparing youryour order and then gives a time. Honestly if I go in there and get my pizzas today and he's acting like this all over again I would just like to see him fired. If you don't like working somewhere and it makes you a rude person you should just quit. In fact I'll do a video on my phone started from me about to pull up at dominos. And I'll post it on Google if he's rude and Google allows me to do so. Aside from that one guy I love dominos.
We pulled up at 10:50pm to place an order and one of the employees came out of the store and asked if we were picking up an order. We told him that we were placing an order now and his response was “if you placing an order hurry up cause I’m already cleaning up the store”. The store closes at 1am why are you being rude and rushing us off at 10:50pm. That was rude and uncalled for.
If I could give this location a half a star I would. I work in corsicana and my job is 4.5 miles from there location. Not only dose the manager need an attitude adjustment but I was told by him they don't deliver to my jobs location anymore and he didn't have a driver tonight anyway...... what kind of company are y'all running? Bad attitude, don't deliver and no driver? Guess I should be lucky they don't deliver the food would have been garbage.....I really like dominos to smh
Using the dominos app on your phone is the way to go, it's easy and it keeps past orders so you can just click a past order and there at my door before I can even take a shower, fast service and great food
They added a baked 5 cheese dipping sauce that pairs oh so well with the garlic parmesan bites! Truly a wonderful addition to their menu!
Called to place order, waited almost 10 minutes. Hung up and called back thinking they forgot the phone was ringing. Waited almost 20 minutes, then decided if they can’t answer the phone to take my order in 30 minutes how long would it take to cook. Called different pizza joint 1 ring and pizza ready in 25 minutes. And I use to prefer dominos but no more.
I placed an order thru the Dominoes app at 5:25pm on Dec 16th, the order tracker said it was being prepared at 5:28 by Megan. My Wife went to pick it up to be ready at 5:50. She waited until almost 6:00pm. They told her it would be 10 more minutes, then a second time, still said 8 more minutes! Then they told her it had not even been baked yet because they had a “timed” order they put in front of ours. So she told them to cancel after waiting over 30 minutes! I called to voice my complaint to the Manager on duty, dont remember his name, see time and date above. He told me “that was the way the system worked!!” After me saying that I didn’t understand why they would have a system like that and how upset we were about the whole deal, he told me “to apply at Dominoes.com and come work for them if I didn’t like the way they done business”!! Very rude and smartellic young man with absolutely no people skills at all. He does not need to be in a position as that at all. Very disgusted with the Corsicana Dominoes store.
Have ordered from this location online multiple times before today (Monday at 7:30pm) I've been on hold for almost 15 mins , this is ridiculous, never seen a business who's that "busy" on a Monday night. I'll call some other pizza place and hope their response time is better. Get new employees because the ones right now ain't answering the phone . THANKS FOR NOTHING ?

I have had the worst experiences every single time I order from this location. This will be my last time ordering from here. Absolutely, hands down worst management and customer service I have ever seen! It is not even worth coming back for the free pizza I am owed for them not making the two-minute curbside.
