We made a Door dash order last night. We wanted 2 orders of bone-in buffalo wings, which we got 2 orders of boneless. We called to speak to the manager, who was very rude & hung up on me. When I called back she (never gave her name) basically said there was nothing she could do about it, other than, we could come pick up another 2 orders of bone in wings. I let her know, I would not, that's the whole point of me using door dash. She then said she could give us $20 comp through email, which our order was $24.40 something. So then I told her no, we're not losing out money for their sorry service. I gave her my email & still have received nothing!! CORPORATE WILL BE NOTIFIED TODAY!! ?
The food was absolutely delicious.Dianna was the best server EVER. Make sure you ask for her section. She's awesome!
We were there over an hour and never received our meal. We were so hungry we left. The waitress was nice and we left her a tip. The manager was nice, but waited until we were ready to leave before he came to talk to us. SLOW KITCHEN for sure. 2 stars only because of the nice waitress and manager
I had a great server here, she was blond n young and she was also the bartender, this girl did everything. I went here with my wife and 2 year old son it was the only dine in restaurant on our tour trip and we had a great time. Food was the best, 100 times better than the chilis we usually go through and the food came out fast. Probably the best chilis ever.
Ate here a few weeks ago. Food was great but the blonde, evening bartender informed the guy I was eating with that “he could do a lot better” while I was in the bathroom. I really want to go back and tell her not to worry, we are just friends. ?♀️?
Took my wife to lunch, ordered the chicken power bowl. I think thats what its called. Anyway I ate some and then realized they forgot the chicken. I asked the waitress and she said the chicken would have been on the top. She brought our ticket and said the manager took half off the bill and said she will talk to the staff... Nothing was taken off the ticket and rather than argue the point, I paid the ticket and even left a tip..so the waitress lost nothing but yall lost a customer
They can't even give us straws for are drinks and last time my moms car got hit and they didn't even have cameras outside.
Service was great. Ate at the bar. Ordered the 10 oz sirloin, medium rare. Steak was cooked wright and was so tender I could cut it with my fork. 4 stars due to the veggies being cold.
Me and my husband ate here yesterday. First time at any chilli's restaurant and we highly recommend it. Our waitresses was named Tracy
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a restaraunt. Our server was terrible left our table and never check on us until I asked a other server to get her. Our chips and salsa came out and the chips were so covered in grease it was literally pooling in the chips. I asked for more and was told this is how they all are. I ordered southwest egg rolls they were raw the dough was so soggy it was slimy. I asked for a manager and Juan came over and when j said that the food was off he told me he didn't need me to educate him on how the food should be. We stood up and left immediately and will never be back I will be calling chili's corporate office
