This is the dirtiest Braum's I've ever been in and I used to be an assistant manager at the store in Commerce years ago. There was food on the floor behind the counter. That is a safety hazard. There was spilled shake liquid all over the back counter. The girl who was helping us just walked away as we were ordering. She needs to be re-trained.I do not know where the manager was, but the place was a circus.I would not recommend this Braum's at all. I will not go back to this Braum's either.
Gave Braums Corsicana 1 star to write this review. The "food" is now extremely poor quality. Onions sliced paper thin for a hamburger, the onions tasted spoiled & made the burger disgusting. That same visit I found a hair in my hamburger which made me want to vomit. I threw away half my hamburger.3 months later we gave this Braums a try again but got only a frozen yogurt. Flavorless & barley frozen. More like a tasteless milk shake. This is slop that I'm not sure even a feral hog would eat. Keep your inedible nauseating "food" Corsicana Braums & I'll keep my money away from your nasty establishment.
As a former boss with hire authority, this place is poorly supervised. The district manager might want to make a secret shopper visit. One girl in particular seemed willing and eager to do the right thing, but just did not know how. Others were looking at cell phones while there were food spills both on the floor and the counter, not good in an ice cream shop.
One word DISGUSTING! I have never in my life seen a more filthy Braums store! And while we were there an older lady found a ROCK, yes a rock in her Rocky Road. She told the manager on duty and she could have cared less. She was rude to the lady and walked away and started taking orders at the drive up window again.
Yummy ice cream. We've visited this location on several occasions however, today was the first time we were served by Jeremy. Jeremy makes THE VERY BEST candy bar sundaes. Excellent ratio of hot fudge and candy to ice cream. Seriously, THE BEST!!
Ice cream was great, but the spicy chicken sandwich was mediocre. Fries were way too salty. Men's bathroom didn't have hand towels. Wanted to buy a couple of items in the market, but nobody was at the register, so we had to find someone to ring up the purchase. Listened to off-duty staff argue with employees about the scheduling in the dining area next to our table.
Allow me to set the tone . Ain't nothing like late night ice cream and a pretty Lady at your side. Vanilla cone and brownie sundae for her. We were straight .
Didn't have cake for my sundae & didn't have the other flavor ice cream that I wanted. 2 scoops cost 1.99 & they wanted me to pay almost 4 dollars because they put it in a cup! I left it.
I was excited to visit Braums after several years since houston does not have one. I LOVE their dairy products, ice cream in particular.However, today was a different experience. I got the chocolate almond and Germans chocolate scoops- both tasted VERY subpar and nuts in the ice cream tasted very stale. Also, never have I tasted nuts in German chocolate
Excellent and affordable ice cream. I always purchase a double scoop on a cone. Stop by you will enjoy the ice cream and great customer service.
