It is a great place to eat.
I was a bit disappointed in the wings. I ordered the mild and thought they would at least have some kind of flavor...but was surprised to find them extremely dry and without any flavor.In fairness...the young lady that was there did offer to let me get something else...but I declined.
1 star barely. I keep hoping they will improve but everytime( over the last 3 years), I have visited this WingStop (Wooldridge)the wait is at least an hour and the food is disappointingly cold. Why did it take so long if it was ready. When the food was warmer the fries are soggy and over seasoned. Tonight was very similar, the order was wrong and the food was cold because we had to wait for tea to be made. Also the carbonation on the drinks is off, no flavor just carbonation. I will say the girl that helped me was kind and caring that is new, so she is the only reason they got a star because if I could give a zero I would rate them a zero.
This place has gone down. I’ve gone 3 times recently and each time, my food was late and cold. After this third time, I do not want to go back. Wait is ridiculous long, and not even that I receive my food cold.. idk if they got new management, but it has not been fresh or good.
They ALWAYS take sooo much longer than the scheduled time even when they’re practically empty, and orders are rarely correct. I stupidly tried this spot one more time since it was closer, and once again was a huge mistake. Wish I could give a 0 instead of 1 star.
Great food just a super long wait. The website said 70 minutes ended p being 120 minutes
If I could give this 0 stars I would. EVERYTIME (3 times so far) I go In it is HORRIBLE customer service. You wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone and then your order will take 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible.
Soooo Slow.I was on hold for 10 minutes calling in an order on the drive there.Got there only one person was waiting for there food.I just placed the order in the building. Ordered 2 meals and was waiting for over 50 minutes.People coming in and out of the building picking up there orders.Was ignored. I felt like they forgot about my order.Just never going there again .
If you're in a rush I do not recommend this place.But if you have time to kill this is a perfect spot. These guys won't ask if you have ordered mobile, online or dine in.My tip would be to walk in shout that you ordered by phone or online.Wish I would've done that. I stood in line for 20 min. All while my food was ready and cold.
Online order says 30 mins for waiting but it takes 1 and a half hour to get your order. Didn’t get straw and ranch on my order. I came back to ask for it they tryna charge the ranch for 4.30 dollars when it didn’t come in my order. Wait forever for them to just get sauce. Everybody should not come here if you dont want to have a bad time here!
