We had wonderful customer service at this Wing Stop! Our delivery was complicated by Door Dash delivery, but the manager made good on our order and we were able to enjoy the delicious Wing Stop wings! The manager made our day! The store was clean, the cashier was very friendly and helpful, and the manager made our experience wonderful! We will definitely come back to this Wing Stop on Ayers Street the next time we’re in Corpus Christi, and will continue to enjoy our wonderful wings in San Antonio Wing Stop!!!
I waited 45 min wen it was going to be 25 min my fries were fresh but my wings were so cold!!!!!!!!! I tried calling the store to speak with a manager nobody answers so tmrww I'm going in to speak with someone . Who would wanna eat there wings cold!!!?

This place is very busy but fast. It well kept and suitable for little to med party. Multiple games that were playing.
I've never had Wingstop before until a friend bought some. I loved the fries and ranch dressing. I decided to order some today and these are what I received.. These are gross!! Old grease? Recooked?? No idea but they are disgusting!
I have always liked their boneless wings and have always ordered out. This past weekend my son and I dined in and there was few clean tables, filthy floor and no napkins. When my ordered was ready, I asked for napkins and the front employee told me to wait and started on the next customer. I observed that she was quick to help a group of young men and provided them with their requests. I also observed this same group of young men vaping and no employee stopped them. I wouldn't recommend dining in.
If I can give a negative 5 stars I’d definitely give them that. I arrived at 730 and it is now 7:55, they didn’t even have my order or let me know. I asked the cashier 3 times about my order the 4th time she turned around and began to speak with another lady completely ignoring me. Very unprofessional and no communication. The girl with the bat wings definitely doesn’t need to cashier if she can’t give good customer service. Another cashier heard me complaining and jumped to help me. Do y’all just not train? Definitely disappointed!!!!!
The service was kinda bad they kept rushing me to order and wait time was a good 20+ minutes and when I finally got the order the wings smelled and tasted weird. Everything else was good the rolls were fresh and delicious. The ranch was fresh and tasty thick. The fries were ok well seasoned. Just the bone in wings ☹️
Everyone loves wings! Pick your sauce to put on em and dip it in the ranch. Stopped by this location around 2 pm, got my food faster than they said it would be.
Long wait ordered ahead of time lemon pepper wings were kind of on the dry and crispy side... the fries were also crispy well with no seasoning I don't think we will be there anytime soon again
