Second time asking the hostess/cashier witch donut was the freshest ... same answer; while staring straight into the tiny kitchen over the counter , how could I possibly have missed the fact that All the donuts were fried , glazed , and set out at EXACTLY THE SAME TIME? Weird. Now, the boudin is decent. The plain glazed is basic. The filled is edible. The kolaches are not made with earl-campbells. The chocolate glazed are basic. The Old Fashioned are fine. They are proud of their drink$. Monopoly in the area ... no national chain within 20-minutes. I asked the person to truly inquire which donuts were freshest from the baker for next visit ; time will tell.
