Is anyone else having issues with this location? The last 4 times I have gone there I have had issues. From missing food and sides to waiting entirely too long for order( canceling it and leaving) to always out of stock items. I've asked for call backs and received nothing. I'd avoid this place at all costs. I won't even go to another location. And I'm a REWARDS MEMBER.
I don’t typically leave reviews when something goes wrong with my order but I have given this location multiple chances and they always get it wrong. Not only did I get iced tea instead of the sweet tea I asked for, but when I began opening my burger I found a hair sticking out of the wrapper that lead to the burger itself. Absolutely disgusting. As an individual who works in food this is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location.
I don't normally leave reviews but this chicken sandwich was inedible. It had the consistency of leather, and parts of it I tried to bite through and could not. My husband's patty melt was gourmet in comparison - at least I could eat some of it.
I ordered a double meet Whataburger dry with only pickles, and a large fry. I ordered over DoorDash then received a double meat with cheese and a medium fry. Obviously I’m upset, I contact the dasher who explains he didn’t order it, the order is sent to Whataburger. I go to Whataburger and tell the cashier. I sit down while I wait for my correct food(I have my receipt from door dash). The manager approaches to find out the issue and immediately says it was a different Whataburger so I explained that’s weird since I live closest to this one, she then explains it’s the dashers problem. Completely avoiding responsibility. So I’m annoyed and explaining to her what the dasher told me. At this point I know this manager has never been in customer service because I’ve worked at Whataburger for 2 years and you apologize for the mistake and fix the order. You don’t argue with the customer over something so insignificant. She begins arguing with me over my order, I tell her I ordered only pickles, but there’s cheese, which I know it doesn’t come with so someone had to have asked for cheese. She ignored what I said and begins telling me how I should’ve asked for it dry. There wasn’t mustard on the burger, so that wasn’t even the problem. Also on Door dash you can’t put in dry as an option. It seemed like she just wanted to be right, and I just wanted the food I paid for. So I left and went to the Whataburger on SPID near Nile, and they made it perfect ?
It's sad to say that I choose McDonald's over whataburger these days. The employees just don't take pride in the food there serving and managers aren't correcting them so I don't see any change. I'm honestly glad corpus christi does not hold there corporate office here anymore.
Went by for a meal and it was good as always. Had a #1 with grilled onions on Tx toast. My way to get it. Very good never disappointed
Would have been a better review if the food was fresh, lately most Whataburgers I’ve been going to anywhere in CC the food has been missing quality. Just finished my meal and it was hard to finish the fries cause they were sooooo salty like I’m gonna get diabetes overly salted, and they were stale and not fresh, the burgers were decent though nothing great. My partner and I kinda laughed about it cause the crunch on these old like fries were like eating pick sticks. I need to find a consistent Whataburger In town.
The french fries are usually a hit or miss quality wise at this location unless you ask them to be cooked to order, then the fries are always delicious in my opinion.
Great place to get a combo meal for a great price. The employees are wonderful. Keep up the good work
Waited forever for my son to get an incomplete meal (missing the chicken strips!) and my salad had rotten tomatoes in it! Didn’t notice the missing chicken till we got home. Never going to this location again!
