Horrible service. I asked for fresh French Fries. They gave us double dip old fries in hot grease. Then told her about it, she then gave us free order of the same old crunchy fries.? ☹
We live further out by the airport, so we always stop by this location. They have been on such a roll with quality we decided to eat this for dinner and breakfast the next day. I was not disappointed at all. Thank you guy's!
Customer service at its worst! While waiting in excess of 25 min, I was amazed at how the four vehicles in front of me got their orders and then the three people behind me did too. After being ignored and NOT acknowledged by anyone I had to ask if they forgot about me since every one else was getting their orders ahead of me. I was met with a disgusted look and “ I know sir, I’m on it”? Really? Cause if you were on it I wouldn’t have asked about my order. Then she comes out to ask what I had ordered?? Terrible experience and there is always an issue with orders, because mine was still wrong!
This particular whataburger is for me not the Best, convenience mostly and as usual cold fries, slow service, tried whatacatch and was hot but very fishy tasted old, which again as always bad experience here

I said dine in multiple times they brought it to me in a bag. I ask for small bun instead of toast they brought it to me with toast. I asked for no salt on the fries so they would be hot they tasted raw
I go out of my way to get my Whataburger Frome this location. The meat has a very good flavor and is juicy. And they make it exactly how I ask for. They are always very busy but I don't mind the wait, I know it will be delicious. Other Whataburger's not so much.
I was just there for over an hour on new years eve at 845 pm with my 10 year old son in the store and my wife and 8 year old in the car. i didn't leave the store until 945pm for a pre-made online order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 849 pm. they were a disaster. me and my son sat down as we watched dozens of people leave with their food. I kept reminding them and they were all over the place. another customer spoke up for me as well. when they did bring the food it was incorrect. I went and told the manager and waited a good while. they never brought the food out. At this point I was there for a good 40 minutes. I asked for a refund, they took my food behind the counter, then a few minutes later they were claiming that no one took our food and we were already given it. I believe the managers name was Ashley, I could be wrong but she was the woman in charge on new years eve. she said she couldn't give a 40$ refund because she would "hear it from her boss" they remade the food. I got home to realize they forgot the sauces I paid extra for on another ticket that I had given them the receipt to prior to my original order disappearing. Take my time idc, but to take my kids time on new years eve for so long with no way out is unnaceptable! This was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had in my entire life at any restaurant. No apology, nothing comped for free, no discount. nothing. I don't even need that but apologize and take responsibility.
I always order chicken strips or nuggets.I always ask cashier for BBQ.I always get gravy instead of BBQ, then am told I need to pay for the BBQ I already asked for instead of the gravy I do not want.It's not worth the argument.
