Whats the point of curbside on the app if i have to go inside, wait 5 minutes for my food thats been sitting on the counter behind you; and not even get the right order; When the ticket is obviously very specific i can read it myself and i dont even work here! Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my life and now i get to “enjoy” my fries cold. Dissatisfied the manager completely ignored their front of house employee who was fixing the order and he literally had to go to the fry cook to ask for it to be fixed (not even how I ordered it). She needs a stern talking to. The extra star is for the fry cook & front of house boy combined. Not to mention It was 5/24/21 at abt 8:30 pm and they only had one ticket for a medium fry on their system
Awesome customer service from the entire team minus the employee that was handling the drive thru window. As I was filling my drink and reached up to get straw and lid I was rudely yelled at by an employee that had walked around the counter saying to me, "ummm you can't grab those kids from there, I said why not is there something wrong with them, she said no but those are for the drive thru, as she shook her head and then rudely pointed to where I guess the non drive thru lids were kept, way on the other side of the drink counter. She raised her voice to me as I was a child whom had just got caught with a hand in the cookie jar before having a meal. I was so embarrassed, so I just said so sorry! Anyways, I'm not sorry for visiting there but boy was I reminded on how some people just despise there jobs and don't care how or who they can reflect that on!! But for the rest of the team I give 5 stars for being great at what you do and how you feel about that customer service from the heart attitude, most respected. Thank you
The store on Texan Trail in corpus is the worst location in the entire company. I order online frequently from there, not any more. My order is late every time, even when the restaurant isn't busy. Today I waited more than 20 minutes past when the app said my food should be ready, (and my lunch break is only 30 minutes long) only to have to call the restaurant and be lied to by some smug weasel who said my "name didn't come up on the screen". It's always excuses. Throw that in with how often I received my order with no straw, or no napkins... its ridiculous.
I was munchin on a burger with my fam squad then da homie rhyan showed up and i was like yo! Thanks for being epic homie and rhyan helped us out and was busy keeping stuffs clean and it was awesome sauce! Gonna come back with the family once more! Pretty epic and cool ?????‼️
Best Whataburger in a long time... ??It was tasteful and hot...The fries seemed a little stale though?I'm sure a customer would be happy to wait an extra 3+ min for fresh hot fries, ya know...Overall awesome experience with friendly Cassandra attending me and navigating through the app..Great Job WB
Food was good, service was good but we picked up our order through drive thru and when we got home my order was wrong so when my wife and I were about to eat I had to leave back to Whataburger and get my order corrected while my wife ate her meal. We were on a scheduled time frame so it was a lil inconvenient. But other than that the service and food were excellent.
Me my mom and my fiancé went to eat at this Whataburger the food was good nice and fresh but they did mess up on my fiancé order also my mom got a extra patty for her doggy but as I was cutting it there was a hair at the bottom of the tray and then there was about 7 workers who were on break or something sitting in the lobby and not one of them told a worker who was on the clock that there was trash on the floor they just walked right past it like if it wasn’t there
Everytime I come food is hot, drive through is fast one out of two of my favorite whataburgers restraunts. ?
This location is honestly very poor in quality, timing, and mess up constantly on our orders. Several times our sandwiches look like this. Being that this establishment is pricey the least they can do is put a sandwich together properly! Ita like they forgot the other half of the lettuce! Just poor quality and constant let down. I'm done with this location!
