Just close at this point no need to be open if the service cannot be fulfilled so sorry Whataburger but you got to come better than that maybe in a better location with a better staff or a little bit more training you'll be able to get the five star but until then I wouldn't even give you the one star or Whataburger you should be ashamed of yourself
Ok, so I know the manager is going to laugh, and he should. I ordered in the drive thru Sunday evening between 4 n 5 pm. I got home and I thought I was missing my chicken step meal. I kept saying the 3 piece. I called, I yelled, I made a total fool of myself... and I WORK IN FOOD SO I KNOW BETTER. I loaded up my 4 grandkids and drove back up to the store and started pulling everything out of the bags still raising my voice. But guess what?? The kids chicken tenders were in the bottom of the 2 cheeseburgers wrapped in a wax paper. Of course, I would have known this if I just emptied the bag at home. Soooooo long story short, I was only missing the fruit snacks to the kids meal and the manager even gave me fresh fries... I made myself look stupid. Thank you for dealing with me as a customer because customers like that can either ruin your day or make you laugh. I appreciate that you laughed... Awesome job, well done...
We love da food. Its a Corpus Christi original. But they got many areas they need to improve in.

Fries were pre made cold and soggy 30 minutes before I ordered. I got the honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich and I watched my chicken sit in a dirty pan above a dirty stove for 30 minutes before saying "how long is my chicken going to sit up there before you make my sandwiches?" I've worked in fast food. I know it's not a aproved food prep surface. There were more than 7 employees working.the manager was hiding in office only breaking large bills not running the crew. The whole 45minutes I waited in the empty lobby no one washed their dirty hands or changed gloves between tasks.
Workers are polite, line moves fast and the food always hot and fresh this is definitely my favorite whataburger to eat at
Employees and managers are great the food is awesome I love the Burgers from here I'm happy.
Very courteous and fresh food came out fast, we love whataburger.. manager was very nice and friendly.
Take out was fast and easy didn't mess up my order and got it home nice and ? thanks to the whole crew
