Hey the woman that brought out my food she was thick, Little Star on her neck. I asked her if she had any chance I could give her a tip it's kind of just walked away
As a favor driver it's always nice when you can call ahead of time and place the order for pickup. I am grateful that I'm able to do that this whataburger, the staff is very friendly and attentive. But best of all the food is always done right. Thank you guys you make my life a little easier.
Worst customer service in the evening especially from that "manager" miguel. Always gets my order wrong , something is always missing or wrong . Miguel loves to inconvinience customers and when we call to complain instead of making things smooth and easy he loves to give us a hard time and inconvinience his customers even more than he already did. Dude is the worst. Dont get me wrong , food is good there but they always get something wrong and will usually make up for it , but when miguel is there he loves to give people a hard time instead of making up for the wrong order
What’s the point in ordering food using the online app. When you arrive to the restaurant, you still have to wait for the line of cars ahead of you to be serviced. The staff say that they can not bring food out to the Lane B because they may get shot. Other locations in town do bring the food out. This does not make sense. Been like 45 minutes and still waiting behind the 3 cars.
I would just like to know if the cooks would eat the food they put out... At that a chicken fajita taco which comes precooked your just heating up. The grilled chicken patty was so burnt on the face down side it was inedible the veggies were burnt like black burnt as well. The tortilla was soaked with grease to soggy to even take off the wrap it came in. Just very disspointed with a chain that we frequent pretty often.
I'm so embarrassed yall... the sweet young man at the drive thru was kind enough to help me out with 70 cents that I was short and while I was busy thanking him and everything I drove off without my food. Good news is I literally came right back and they were cool enough to remake my food so it was especially hot and fresh for me to take home! Thanks Mathew!
I went in today for a remake and I was given attitude by the manager on floor. She was questioning me like I was a criminal... I was just there to get an order remade because I was first given a very very OLD Spicy Chicken Sandwich!! So this will probably be the last time I ever go to this location again. Poor Customer service from this manager! ?
I grew up on Whataburger.I moved to California so every time I say every time I go back home TEXAS I get a Whataburger ( IT USED to be almost 1 per day while visiting )I tried different locations.I was sooooo disappointed with this place.It was like the burger did not come directly off of the grill although I was sitting there.I don't know if they've changed their cooking methods or what they can and cannot do but it is not the same.
I placed 5 orders and my fries were cold none of my buns were toasted like I asked for they also forgot to put onion rings instead of fries and the Powerade was not available the girl taking my order never repeated anything and sounded like she didn't want to be there.
