friendly atmosphere n fast service
I’m not giving it one star because I don’t think it’s fair since I technically didn’t eat there. Tried going through the drive through around 10am but after waiting in line for 30 minutes I still hadn’t paid and had to leave to get to work on time.Luckily I used the outside lane so I could get out of line!
Order completely wrong, old fries, no sauces even though I asked when food was brought out. Paid for extra chicken strip they offered but not in order, neither was gravy or honey mustard
This location forgot our daughter’s entire order then after calling only offered to send me a coupon rather than refunding the mistake. Horrible customer service!!
The cashier who assisted me (white guy w/glasses & no name tag) was rude & argumentative as I told him about the order I was picking up. Its simple follow instructions to the detail on every order, make sure everything is in the bag (its paid for), & smile while wishing us a great day! Sheesh, who S in your cereal this morning?! Smh
Always end up with a messed up order just about everytime i go there weather its going through the drive through or inside never going back again. Workers need more training.
First time there. Ordered a patty melt. Received a sweet n tangy bacon burger. Thot I would try it but unfortunately I don't like bbq sauce on my burger. I'll have to try them again anyway
Food was ok, but $48 for 4 people to try a few things... it would be a 3 star experience, but the Dr. Pepper shake is pretty good.
We love Whataburger I love the onion rings and the family all of us go to Whataburger.
Worst whataburger I've been to!!!twice I've been there and my food has been cold .fries was cold and tasted like old Grease the meat taste like it been sittin most of the day. Il stick to the one on violet sometimes they forget stuff on my order but atleat the food is hot and taste fresh!
