Service has gotten so bad):To the point I won't go again, my experience was so uncomfortableI couldn't hear the guy working well so I kindly asked if he got the salad as part of my order, he replies with " don't you see how the foods in order so when I get to the salad part I'll get your salad, you can't see it's a flow!?" And I only asked because after he served my pasta he was likeOkay go down to the register nowThen I get to the register and another guy sighs and says"What did you get"I was so embarrassed because I took one of my co workers to try it for the first time and she was scared to even ask for anything after my interaction with the employees .The other workers used to be so kindI'm sure not all customers are great, I get it, I work with people, but it's not fair to take it out on everyone else.I was genuinely being so kind and apologetic for even askingAnd for the workers having a bad day, I truly hope it gets better.
Been buying whole pizzas twice on Saturdays and they are yummy. Last time i went though i got charged for 3 drinks cus the guy at the register said ... "Umm i dont think she charged you for both drinks" ... you dont think? So your just gonna charge me extra because you think. Well turns out i got charged for three . Anyway other than that the pizza is good .
I went to this establishment on 11/30/2021 and they rang me up 2x and only after checking my bank for something else did I notice! Workers are thieves or maybe it’s the company?? The transaction are for 2 different prices! Smh

This pizza is not only undercooked but they use canned mushrooms! So sick! I will never order from here again. This pizza was worse than Little Caesar’s. Gross. Use fresh produce, please. Also, focus on quality and stop being cheap AF.
$13 for a bowl of MICROWAVED spaghetti?!? It barely had any sauce and I was given two meatballs. It was watery and I saw the girl microwave it under the counter!
My 1st time to try here. Cashiers were rude to me and my friend. Never again.
Watery a$$ spaghetti sauce and meatballs , flies were on those slices that they sell by slice, staff is very rude when you order a whole pizza fresh they scoff roll their eyes, and they rudely tell you it'll be 20 minutes. I did the math it's cheaper to buy it whole then by slice, bring your own drinks though since it's the mall you can, save 5 dollars a drink smh. And you get to take home the rest in a huge box impossible to pass thru doors with and people ask you oh is that for me lol?!
The lady working the counter was very rude, they over charged us and when I asked she said it was correct and refused to look at the receipt, also I asked for Mountain Dew and got Pepsi said she would only replace if I bought it. My family and I will never go back.
Eating here is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great, and sometimes the food is horrible. It's typical Mall food. Way overpriced.
