Went to the Airline and Saratoga location this evening, and wanted to try them out. An older lady was ahead of us trying to order and was trying to order. Thinking she was supposed to get a drink with her meal she asked to change her order which she was then disrespected by the manager or whoever claimed to be in charge. After seeing how the customer base was being treated, I just walked out. Quick way to lose business.
First time for me and my fiancé. Rude workers for sure. When I asked for ketchup the lady was so rude and told me I only get two little packets per person. She acted like it came out of her paycheck. The vegetables on the burger were not fresh. Tomatoes were super pale, the lettuce was discolored and limp. Whataburger has them beat… at leastthey give out free ketchup
It was not a friendly place to go to and left me with a horrible experience. My girlfriend and i went because it had been recommended, and they took over an hour making our 2 burgers. People that ordered before us kept getting their order. The lady eventually kept saying 67 but we were 87 and asked what our number we were and we said 87. Anyways more time passed by and nothing. After a long wait they gave us one burger and had not been what we ordered. We asked for refund nicely since there was a long wait and they got the order wrong and we were already starving. The lady got bothered and said that there are no refunds. She said that there was a sign in the drive through, but we had not ordered through the drive through. There was no sign inside the facility saying that. She rudely said sorry and closed the door to the kitchen. I don’t like to make bad reviews about places but this was just so rude and unprofessional to show in front of the whole restaurant.
Eh. The burger wasn't bad it just tasted like a Whataburger burger. Honestly I should have went to whataburger because their onion rings are better. They didnt put the chicken or brownie that we ordered In the bag but we were charged for it. Customer service is mediocre. Their chicken strips are pretty good though. First time there and I wasn't impressed. Kind of seemed like a waste of money especially since we didn't get all of our food.
Waited in the drive thru line 23 minutes after ordering at the speaker and they had no idea about what I ordered, the woman in a red shirt with too much white eyeliner around her eyes tried charging me and telling me to pull up and wait anyways, after saying the owner was taking the orders so im guessing it was his fault? Anyways, my kid who was in the passenger seat things she's crazy in the head bc she kept mumbling 'I love my job'... Over one 4 piece steak finger order ?
Went there to pick up lunch during lunch for myself and coworkers I was not happy, I ordered fried chicken and was absolutely over cook almost burnt, very dark and extra dry n chrispy thought it was chicken chicharon seem like refried left over chicken but the staff was very friendly and service was quick and order was given has placed.
Very friendly staff and good food. I will go there again. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is because I ordered the Shrimp Basket and while it was good it was just a little too salty for me. But I guess that's what you get when you order fast food is salty food. Duh. Lol. The next time I go I think I will try their cheeseburger.
I ordered the double mushroom burger with cheese I went through the drive-thru the food was hot and fresh the staff were friendly a good experience overall
Went their this past weekend, fries were the best but when it comes to the hamburgers ,not what I was expecting sorry but I give the hamburgers a thumbs down.i could taste that the beef patty it was not 100%.its not like it used to be back in the 80's or 90's.
Ladies are so friendly and helpful. Hands down my favorite comfort food spot.
