great food good atmosphere and good service had an excellent meal

Mother's Day it was very busy and our server said it was only his second day as a waiter. He was very nervous but the other servers kept watching over him and they all seemed to have each others back. When the food arrived it was excellent and with outstanding service even on a busy day, I give Roadhouse 5 stars because I can't give it more.
We had a party of 11 for a birthday. We called to try and make reservations and we were told that they don't take reservations. And yes it was on a Thursday evening at 7 so we realized it would be a wait, not a problem. Problem number 1: while waiting we heard a gentleman walk up and say "I had reservations for 6 pm" and the hostess confirmed that yes they had the reservation. Problem number 2: When they called us and said the table was ready we expected a table for 10. We were told that they could only seat 8 and the other 3 would have to wait for another table to leave. When we talked to the manager "Frank" he basically said if we don't take the table for 8 they would seat another party at that table and we would have to wait for another table to open up. So of course the 8 went and sat and when the other table opened up it was not where we could even communicate with the table of 8. If you can't accommodate big parties then you should tell people that up front! Picture 1 is party of 8, Picture 2 is where the others were sitting.
We got in and were able to get seats in the bar and chose to eat at the bar instead of waiting the potential 35 minutes for a table in the dining room. It was pretty busy when we arrived for dinner. . The service was great, food was awesome as usual, and we were so full and happy when we left . Also had leftovers for snacks the next day for lunch✌️?
We went on a Friday night for an early Valentine's Day celebration. As it was in the evening we expected to have a wait, but that is actually why I am giving them only 4 stars rather than 5. We were told it would be about 30 minutes (we were a party of 2) but after about an hour and 20 minute wait my husband went in to check and they finally sat us. I was starving by the time we got to the table so we completely over ordered. However, everything we did order was very delicious! I would recommend using their online amenities where you can put your name on the wait list and even place your order.
This time food was good just kinda cold.... We waited an hour to get a table another hour to get food so we didn't complain. Streaks should not come out cold or even room temp they should be hot and juicy. Hopefully they can get it together. Other than that it's a really good place.
We are from Minnesota. My husband loves the buns at Texas Roadhouse. He calls it "Bun City" We went to this Texas Roadhouse to see if it was different from Minnesota's. The only difference I could see was the butter. The whipped honey butter here has cinnamon in it and they don't have free peanuts here. Unlike some of the other reviews our service was good. Server was attentive and no attitude. I had the barbecued chicken, dinner salad and loaded baked potato. It is a lot of food. The chicken appears to be the processed chicken you buy at store in bags but it was good. My husband had the fried chicken steak. It looked great. They brought him both white and brown gravy. Brown gravy had little taste. White gravy was more flavorful.
This place is usually the best but tonight was a disappointment. Half of our food came out cold when asked to fix it they put it in the microwave and sent it right back with some fresh fries. The kids hamburgers came with a roll for bun which is not how you portray on the menu. No big deal if we would have known you didn’t have the buns we would have ordered something else. We sent it back and asked for it to be taken off which they did with no apology from your manager. The only good part of this dining experience was your server who gave us good service.
