For Father's Day we didn't have to wait long. Staff was very friendly and fast. I had the Prime Rib, it was delicious and cooked perfectly. I will definitely come back to this location
Food is good and a little pricey but of course choices are limited in our area. Would've been 4 stars but their salads are just a bowl of lettuce.Good daily specials!The cream of turkey soup and tortilla soup are usually good. Tonight 6/16/22... The turkey soup wasn't.I had the beef tips over noodles and that was delicious.
Food was AMAZING! Service was AMAZING! Wait time was supposed to be an hour, yet we were seated right away! Have never had a steak as good as this one! Will definitely come back again!!
My family and I celebrated my birthday at Texas A1 Steaks and Seafood and it was a wonderful dining experience. Our waiter, Tim, was courteous and attentive. We did not wait long for our food and the food was delicious. We will continue to dine here. Thank you, Texas A1!
I Ordered the Broiled Seafood Platter. I could only eat fish and it wasn’t very good. The shrimp and scallops were extremely tough and flavorless. NOT edible! My husband had Cajun catfish and he said he will stick to hamburger steak next time. Very disappointed. We told server and he said he will tell management. I certainly hope he does!
Nope, nope, nope. Stopped by on. A Sunday afternoon after picking up my wife. Headed back to S.A and decided to give the local restaurant a go. We chose the seafood platter as my wife loves seafood. When they brought the fish and stuffed crab, my wife told me that the fish and crab did not smell or taste fresh. Her father has worked in the Gulf on shrimp boats for decades. Did I listen to her? Well , here I sit on Wednesday evening , on my toilet seat. The fist 2 nights I was very close to going to the emergency room. I would have to get up from the pot to flush and wipe the seat , so I could kneel and throw up. Thought I was gonna "buy it". Well the nausea is gone but I can't keep anything down, just goes right Through. So, I don't think I'll be spending any more of my hard earned money there. Place was packed. Scary.
Well, we ordered beef nachos and a grilled shrimp salad, which were good. The portions were large enough that we both took food home. However, the prices were, in my opinion, high. Also, the staff were a little less than friendly, just because we arrived 15 minutes before they opened.
Since when did Steak houses,start threatening people who give bad reviews.Very unprofessional as if the rape wasn’t enough now trying to strong arm customers who give bad reviews about the kind of employees it hires,hmmm I definitely don’t recommend this place
The food and staff have gone downhill. Used to be a pretty good place to eat. They employ violent felons and enable them to dodge child support. I’ll never support a business that enables their staff to behave in this manor. Staff is so rude and the food isn’t that great. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!
Just as good as the Portland location. In my experience the second location is never as good as the first. I am wrong in this case. Both days we went I had chicken. This is the only steak restaurant that I will order anything other than steak. Their homemade soups are excellent. Their salad dressings are incredible. My only dislikes are that they don't offer a 16 ounce prime rib. Also they only have peppercorn ranch. Any chance you all could add a regular ranch? Service is always great. They have this sign hanging in the front and the owner really means it!
