Few breakfast customers. Staff not particularly receptive. You're not in Mexico anymore, Princesa! Find your own booth. Dont bother ordering Huevos Rancheros. Sauce isn't on eggs. Bring your eggs with refries and potatoes(both well flavored) with their regular table sauce (Ranchero?) in a bowl. Apply yourself. Eggs? If you dont like runny whites, ask for over medium. Sauce mild but tasty. Weak coffee. A Mexican Tex-Mex run-of-the mill.

I lived in Corpus in the 90-2000s and Jalisco's was always my favorite. I try to make it back there once a year and I've never had a bad experience! I love this place and the people who work there
Excellent for breakfast!!! Traditional Mexican and American breakfasts both, yum. Friendly fast service. Fresh and piping hot homemade food. I recommend the migas and the huevos rancheros especially.
This place is absolutely horrible. The “manager” who worked drive through was so rude. I had my partner ask for salsa and ask if they had one that was extra spicy for me. He looks white but is Mexican just like me. The manager told him the salsa she gave was plenty spicy and just put that. Okay fine. Well she gave us the table salsa. The whole interaction was very dismissive and rude. When I called to ask her about the incident (as I was in the passenger side hearing this happen) and why she thought the table salsa was plenty spicy for someone who looked like a “gringo” she argued that she wasn’t being rude and she put other salsas in there. People make mistakes. I’m understanding of that. But she didn’t apologize for the mistake or how she spoke to my partner. She argued that I was wrong and didn’t know what I had in my to go bags. Just said “oh sure, my attitude” when I asked why she’s giving such an unpleasant attitude. Horrible, horrible customer service. And they have made several mistakes on our orders in the past, but we’ve never received attitude like that before which is what caused the review here. Why treat some customers who speak Spanish and look like me one way and treat your white customers a different way? Absolutely unprofessional and very questionable ethically. Just disappointing Jalisco. Do better!
it's more of a fast food place. not very good food and not very friendly staff.didn't feel welcomed here at all. this is not a place I will be returning to.
Went with a family of five ordered asada tacos and mini tacos and meat was spoiled! All the meat tasted gross like it wasn’t cooked. They didn’t want to change my plate or fix the situation but still charged me for it. I would not recommend it to anyone. Staff and manager were rude. !!! No stars for me
My fiancé took me for breakfast before work and I really wanted coffee. The coffee was great, however, the food was okay. The hot sauce had a great flavor though! I had an omlette and my fiancé had the ham and egg plate.
