The egg drop soup is very flavorful. Try that if you come to Taiwan Restaurant. I had white chicken and shrimp that came with carrots, white onion, and lots and lots of mushroom. The shrimp in this dish were big and flavorful. My husband had chicken cashew which came with lots and lots of mushroom. Not sure what their deal with mushrooms is because there are a lot of them on a lot of dishes. The decor of place is absolutely nothing to see. But the food is okay. If you get there before 4 you can get a lunch special for $9. after that most meals are $13. Their diet coke is terrible. Stick with water
Food was good, service was excellent, had one slight issue with the prep of one dis but they were quick to fix. Even near closing time
Poor staffing. Our waitress was very rude and disrespectful to a couple sitting next to us. I couldn't believe no one said anything to her about her behavior. She was yelling at them. Then she took their food from the table before they were done. Kicks them out and tell them they will not be served anymore. Her behavior was unacceptable. Will not be returning to this restaurant.
1st time eating, here got General Tso, was excellent. Will eat here again, ask for extra spicy.
NONONO This place NONONO!!!! We got an order to go for a friend and he got sick. He has a problem smelling so I went to taste the food and it had a H2S smell when bite into it. So I spit it out. Please do not go there. I'm not being mean to them, I just report what happened to my friend and cost was $17 plus dollars. Not good NONONO!!! I do NOT recommend this place.?
Overall everything good and especially pleased with staff/waitresses. Location and access good that day.
Considering all other patrons had already received their orders, took time for wait staff to take our order. Once served food was good. Since last visit here, carpet had been pulled up and now displaying a smooth concrete floor, however there was bulky trash items that could have been swept up or hand picked off floor(sugar packet, straw wrappers) and two vacated tables were not bussed the entire time we were dining. Took away from previous experiences, beautiful chandeliers lose charm with dirty floors
This restaurant is very different from what we expected it to be and not in a good way. The Beef & Broccoli smelled fishy, turns out its made with oyster sauce. Their Wonton soup is the worse. They only have vegetable soup like the one in the picture below. I would have thought it would have been a cabbage soup. Their fried wontons are flavorless. Their rice is not too good. The General Tso Chicken was ok. The only thing good was their pork dumplings and even those needed a little more pan frying. Honestly, worse Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. I've had better Chinese food at the mall.
