Stopped off after the beach for a cold beer and a fabulous sandwich! My husband ordered the Cuban, with the best bacon macaroni side he has ever had!! I had their shrimp bisque that was served hot and good and so creamy and spicy! This is definitely worth the stop!
I hadn't been here in a while party due to the pandemic. To my surprise, they remodeled the restaurant. This is a hole in the wall type restaurant but in a good way.. Kind of a hidden gem on the island. My favorite is the Baja Shrimp Tacos!Years later I still really like this place... They remodeled again I believe if I recall correctly... Baja Shrimp Tacos still my favorite!

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, everything we’ve tried has been divine- we make it a point to stop when we’re on the island! Today we had the crab cake sandwich & Surfside Sunset drink
The food here is absolutely fantastic! Fresh ingredients, tasty sauces, and all well made.Unfortunately the online ordering options don’t match with the training of the restaurant staff, and resulted in us being over charged for options on every sandwich. The restaurants online ordering allows you to select options for sandwiches, AT ADDITIONAL COST that the restaurant staff are not trained to fulfill.For example, if a sandwich comes with bacon included in its base cost, and a customer adds bacon to it at extra cost on the order, this should result in extra bacon being added to the sandwich. Unfortunately this is not what happened with any of our selections.Further, we were told by the staff that the Cuban sandwich is pre-made and can’t have changes made to it, despite a plethora of options available in online ordering.A very disappointing experience, especially given how great the food is here. The online ordering system needs to be properly set up, and restaurant staff need proper training in interpreting the resulting order options.
I already paid and added a tip so I was really irritated when the food took over 30 minutes to arrive and they got my order wrong. I also was annoyed because I watched everyone else get their food brought to their table and then I heard my name called over some speaker as if I had to come get my food. I didn't, and it was brought out. Also, they fixed the order very quickly. Food was great.
Honestly, never a bad meal here. We've ordered everything from the Fish, to the BBQ Pork, to the desserts. You leave full and more than content. Add in charming servers and ambient atmosphere to really make the place stand out.Price is slightly higher, but absolutely worth it.
Delicious food. I never had a seafood sandwich before, let alone a salmon teriyaki one and this did not disappoint. It was literally a whole filet of salmon, cooked perfectly and just the right amount of messy teriyaki sauce. Would for sure go back.
Casual sandwich shop+ and bar. When we came for lunch on a Saturday it was really busy and the seemed understaffed. The staff was really friendly and the food was great, so it was worth the wait. The inside is a little crowded at full capacity, but there’s a nice spot with outdoor seating.
OMGoodness! We had the BEST sandwiches! The cuban is to die for and the BBQ pulled pork..let me just say YUM! The staff was awesome also! Thanks for an amazing lunch! Will definitely be going back!
