Food was fine. I overheard an older man speaking to the employees very rude and disrespectfully. Only to find out it was the owner (AL). The lack of professionalism you showed to those kids. Yes I said kids he was yelling cussing at them. You are setting example for peoples children's first job. Be a better example of what an owner should be and how a boss should handle their employee's with respect . People don’t leave a job because of the work they leave because of the Management!!
Every single time I come here there is always something missing from my order. Today it was two chocolate chip cookies, last time it was my sons drink and chips.They are very pushy about getting a tip and if you don’t give them a “good enough” tip, items aren’t given. Disappointed in the training and attitude of the people working.
I went by today ordered 3 subs with coupon.. They weren't hot.. 2 meatball subs and cheese steak.. Gave me one sandwich without a bag.. I wanted them toasted.. Cheese wasn't melted.. I didn't feel like going back.. Bad experience this time..

My boss ate lunch here when he went to Corpus for a project and failed to get a receipt. I called several weeks later and Monique and Colleen really went the extra mile to search for the receipt and text to me for his expense report. I cannot say enough nice things about these ladies, excellent Customer service and follow thru, they did not have to do that for us and we just wanted to let their boss know what a great team he has!! The boss said the food was great as well, he loves Subway! Thanks ladies you really saved us!!! 10/10 would recommend.
Clean place, confortable and nice employee
Horrible experience! The staff expected me to know what was on the sandwich that I ordered! Threw a girl bye sign to me when I said I just ask for a subway melt and the staff starts making it. We both were yelling at this time. The manager came out. Apologized. Asked me to repeat my order, made it with perfection! Horrible experience all in all. The staff rang my order, I paid, she walked away without even saying thank you!
