I have tried and tried to just get squared without publicity. But no. Early this month, my son wanted his Subway sandwich. The only employee working at Bel Aire said after almost an hour in line that she had no meatballs. Sighing, we left and I thought I'd use the app. I ordered from Port and Baldwin, put in my card info, and started through the parking lot. Phone rang, it was Subway. No meatballs. Please cancel the order then, I said. She said ok no problem.It is the end of the month. Still no refund. Why would the app say I picked up a sandwich that didn't exist? And why can't I find any one to account for it? Port closed at "5" the other day - except they closed at 4:45 when I was in the drive through tryinh to square this situation. Ridiculous. It's 13$, Subway. You as a business can live without it. These days, we lowly CUSTOMERS, almost can not.
So very good .I never wanted to go through a drive throw but they made it just the way I liked it.so I will be using the drive through again
I love the fact that the employees are very patient with the customers that are very rude I love that they're very fast on your order always having it the way you order it

My day was not going pretty well and I was passing by subway then my little sister said she was wanting some. The staff was extremely friendly and joyful. I loved it! I had a great experience thanks to Naresh.
Unorganized, had attitude, not charging the right amount and trying to over charge us.Lady tell us we ordered three foot longs when we didn't. We pointed out our one foot long, two 6" sandwiches and a soup. With attitude she threw back she told us again "No y'all ordered this and that's it." She charged us for the 3 foot long, 3 chips, and 3 large drinks. But give us our one foot long and two 6" sandwiches.
The service was great really friendly and respectful
I went 25 mins before close their lights were off . I went it and the guy started saying they were out of mostly everything. It was very clear he didn't want to serve me because he was in a hurry to leave. Note: change your signs to closing at 8pm not 9pm
