Malachi, hygiene was very very poorIts very important while handling food.Long beard, not coveredLong dirty hair under hat was not in a net his back was covered with dandruff and hair of his own and maybe pet hair.Never smiledNever said HelloHe was not pleasant to talk with.I've never stared so hard as my sandwich was being made before.

Went thru the drive thru, placed my orders and then waited at the window for almost ten minutes and no one came to the window. I left and called when I got to my driveway. The girl said they were busy with people and they had my order now. I asked for the Managers name and the girl said it was Skyler. Guess I will give her a call tomorrow. Had to go home with no food.

They messed up my simple order cuz they only due drive thru.

Worst place ever! Took over 30 minutes for my food

They never answered their phone so I could make a call in order. When I got there, there was a sign saying the lobby was closed, but no reason why. But the drive through was replaced with a touch screen system that did make it easier to order. No bad intercom system that made it hard to understand on another. It was like using an app to place an order. That is why it's a 4 star and not a 3 star review.

Omg. I love subway anyway but it was so very good today. The customer service today was phenomenal. A young lady named Shari and a young man helped us, such good service, such great sandwiches makes me so happy. Clean restaurant and safe covid precautions.

Ants coming out of the fountain soda when I used it... When I told them about it they continued to sell drinks to people without mentioning it to them or offering something else. Got a drink from the lemonade that was fine but my brother got some people drink that had a oily colorful film on top of it that looked allot like soap or just grease. I like Subway but will not be back to this location.

Ordered sandwiches online and they were completely wrong. And that’s because the manager was training someone new and they both messed up our sandwiches. Put my add ons on my husbands sandwich and didn’t even give Us the right cheese. And there was nobody in the store. Apparently you just have to watch your sandwich be made for it to be done correctly.

Twice we have ordered their egg breakfast sandwich and the eggs were frozen. That is so ridiculous and they always miss up on my sandwiches. The dry throat staples in Yorktown takes forever taking your order.
