I usually like this Subway because they chop salads again. Today, though, I had issues with my order. My one foot long sandwich looked like a squashed mess and didn't even seem toasted. In my salad I found a hard piece of black plastic. I am glad that I didn't get it in one of my bites. I sent my son to pick up the order and this is what happened.
Theirs no option to put a half star they don't even deserve one star.. My mom and I just left there bout 10min ago if that, we literally live around the corner and we both ordered the Meatball Marinara and asked if we wanted our subs toasted. We both said yes a little. We get home both of our subs are COLD!!!! So I put our subs in the microwave while my mom called this location... She even gave the lady who took our order a $2.00 tip. She talked to someone and her response was, was it a phone order and she told her No, we were just in there bout 5 min ago. Gave the most stupidest excuse ever saying they're short handed. That's not an excuse for our food being cold when I've always had gotten that sub with no problem until today. She said she will talk to the manager tomorrow. Ya right! I'm goin up there in the morning and gettin my mom's money back! We're no longer goin to this location anymore!!! I've NEVER HAD THIS BAD EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Y'ALL DON'T EVEN DESERVE ANY STARS!!!

We were here on Sunday after Christmas, traveling back to Minnesota. I mentioned how amazingly fast and courteous the 3 gals were and how welcoming they all made us feel. We had a long trip ahead of us and the cashier told us to arrive home safely and just made us feel special. A month later, I hope she sees this and all of them know how great they are as it was so busy! They rocked!
As all subways, this place never disappoints. One of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat and take something for lunch at work. I always get the 1' long with provolone cheese, spinach, onions, bell peppers and jalapeños then have them double toast it. It's my favorite sandwich and more than enough for lunch. Give them a try you'll love the double toasted sandwich.
Some employees are awesome! Some of them close the shop early and don't even leave a note on the door to leave a reason why. ?

Good but sigh says 10 when they close at 9 which would be fine if they turned off the open for business sign. Annaville location.
