Drive thru only open i order online and still have to wait sucks long line
Love this location and Starbucks in general. You get your order very fast and the staff is always extremely friendly. And they added the brown sugar oatmilk to the menu which is now my alltime favorite from starbucks!
I stepped up to the door with an apology sign that they were out of the 2021 red Holiday reusable cups...I would have been there earlier if not for an Ortho appointment which took priority.Well, much to my delight, I was informed when I ordered, they received a "surprise" extra supply for the store!Folks, this store is extremely busy and this day it had mobile orders, drive through orders and walk in orders and every employee was warm and very focused without even bending to the massive onslaught of bargain hunters.I love the Holiday drinks.I ordered the Pumpkin Spice one...for me, it was more pumpkin tasting than I like.I will go with something else.Not peppermint though.I like eggnog and oh CHAI LATTE. THAT IS DIVINE!
The employees were very fast and friendly and even replaced two coffee drinks that were left without pickup by my boss for so long they had ruined free of charge.awesome service
This is A morning business. It’s all about coffee.. I was waiting for my coffee. Actually there was no one but me online. Employee picks up my order & she didn’t call my name & the cup has no name so I got confused & the employee there watching. I thought it’s not my order. I got tired of waiting so I sat down. Then for A second i said that cup is mine. So I asked the same employee I have order for Marco. that was her response, I called your name… & after all the cup was so full & hot. Don’t you guys knew or trained that you have to leave a little bet space for sep in…. All the way Full!! & it left a big mess in my car. So ugly experience to deal with your Morning Coffee. You guys need to train your employee the Basics of Business. Remember back to the basics. And Sri didn’t get my Hot coffee & now it’s cold.
Ordered on the app. 1 HOUR later my order is not ready. It was 2 drinks and 3 lemon loaves. After all that waiting they remembered that they didn’t have lemon loaves. I did get refunded, but it was a colossal waste of time!
