Really great service here! It's convenient and even when they have a long line it doesn't take long to get to the register. Never had any issues with my orders and it was really helpful that the one taking my order made some recommendations when a food item was out.
Asked for no water in my drink so the lady charged me for a drink that cost over double What the drink I actually ordered cost and didn’t put the sticker showing me charged for a chai latte instead of a tea
I have gone in at least 4 times and they never have the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew that I want.
Employees were rude! I came in 20-25 mins before closing to grab a coffee to keep myself up in order to finish some work tonight, and after ordering i hear an employee complaining (in a really irritated mood) to another employee how it never fails to get someone right before closing and how annoying it is. They were complaining about it so loud that i was clearly able to hear and obviously they clearly wanted me to hear. I have worked at restaurants before and never in my life have i complained about customers right in front of them. I read over other people’s reviews and i can tell that this issue is nothing new. Disappointing. This Starbucks is located at the university so of course you will have students come in at any time especially to keep themselves up while studying at night.
It's a university sized starbucks so items are not on the menu. Overall, customer service is pleasant and the facility is clean.

manager was super rude, couldn’t hear the cashier at all. every time i go in the manager is always clearly ride making slight remarks towards the customer. overall an unsatisfactory experience all because of the manager.

I ordered the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino drink earlier today approximately around 2:30 with no whip, almond milk, and extra caramel which is not that complicated compared to other orders. The barista that took my order was great and added all of my information (most of the time the staff is awesome). While making my drink, a different barista did not once look at my drink information and talked to some of the other customers that she seemed to know which in turn caused my drink to be made incorrectly. I usually do not complain, but I am really becoming frustrated as this has happened numerous times at this location. I also have a severe intolerance to lactose which means that I was unable to enjoy my drink that I payed for.
