Mango Dragon Fruit drink with no color or fruit is glorified sugar tap water!

I'm changing my rating to 5-star, as I've been going more often in the mornings.I have been using the mobile order option and not going through the drive-thru, as all the staff are very nice and friendly.

(4/25/22 @ 2:35pm) Fellow partner here! Traveled all the way from San Diego, California and decided to show some love to small town Corporate sbux’s in the area during my visit. Unfortunately, when pulling through Drive Thru the young lady with long braided blonde hair named Claudia (if I read her name right) on DTO/DTR was very unwelcoming and very distracted throughout the entire order as well as at the window. She didn’t ring up 2/3 drinks right and the baristas on bar behind her also didn’t do a good job when crafting the drinks. The black tea with custom modifications wasn’t followed through correctly/punched into the POS and when I asked to have it remade they thickly coated the top of the drink with Cinnamon powder when it should’ve been shaken in… And my grande SCCFCB with extra SCF in a venti cup was again not punched in correctly/made right because the levels of the drink didn’t even meet a grande nor was there extra cold foam… Didn’t even bother having it remade after seeing the remake of the black tea. I informed Claudia that I had partner numbers after she had read the initial total but she completely ignored me and turned to her coworkers and started messing around asking “so i’m Linda?” and laughing. She turned back and repeated the initial total again, I repeated that I had partner numbers and I received a dirty look. The customer experience and the craft of the drinks was below poor.

Not the greatest. After the second day I went to they got my order correct the manager Brandon then help me I guess made it himself I did have problems with a barista name shy Shay not sure she didn't really want to give me her name very rude very disrespectful and not understanding that not all disabilities are not visible..Someone needs more customer service training. But the manager did attend to my needs help me out the next day not the same day but the next day I did get assistance and he personally helped me.

I didn't catch her name, but this super sweet employee who is working morning shift today (on April 7th 2022) came into to the patio and offered the 4 guests that were outside at the time slices of lemon loaf and their special blend coffee. Im not much of a coffee person but I loved the lemon loaf just as much as I loved her happy and caring demeanor. ☺️ If I catch her name before leaving I'll be sure to add it to the review!

I've been here multiple times and the staff is always great. However when I ordered an iced drink with light ice and no whip in a venti size they left 1 3/4 in of extra space in the cup. It's a bit disappointing but everything I have gotten from here has always tasted good.

Never get my order right. I ask for only 2 pumps of frappe roast and they always put extra or all 4 pumps ?

Sweet staff but a terrible wait. Do yourself a favor and avoid the drive thru. Milk alternatives were scarce.

I'm in drive thru the girl working window telling every car she will be right w them she says they are shorthanded made me wait 10 minutes holding up line behind me when I just want 1 coffee omg get it together Multi task employees please

The location says dine-in available, but it is drive-thru only. Waiting in a long line and wasting my gas isn't worth the time or money. If they aren't going to let us hang out there anymore, then there are much better places to get coffee and wifi.
