Yesterday me and my little family went to get a couple drink and decided to go in and sit down instead of going through the drive through. Service was wonderful everything was great my only complaint is the store was uncomfortable HOT! I was informed that the ac wasn't working correctly and have been trying to get it fixed for awhile I could tell that other customers were uncomfortable as well. I also feel so bad for the employees that work in that condition they work so hard with a smile even in the hot. Hopefully Starbucks will fix the ac soon for customers and their employees
No one answers the phone! Even had to call another Starbucks to try and get a hold of someone at this location and she informed me that "they never answer their phone" how is that good business??? I went through the drive thru and accidentally left my card. I noticed when I got home 30/40 minutes later. Called to make sure it was there so I wouldn't have to make the drive back but no answer, for 2 hours I tried. Guess I'll be making the drive tomorrow morning along with a complaint about poor service.
Excellent place, excellent service, but every single Time we going there they ask you for my name, the next time just they say go to the window ,.... And sometimes they don't understand what I asking, I think all the time they put different people , I'm going Mondays and Wednesdays and all the time is different personal
I use the mobile app and order ahead, then go in to p/u. Every staff member always greets me happily. I feel happy when I walk in to get my AMAZING coffee. ☺
This Starbucks will be my go to in Corpus Christi thanks to the charming persona & order taking arts of Mike. A great way to start the day.
Order messed up and over-charged. Very disappointed in whole ordeal. Especially waiting in drive thru line for 20 minutes. The drive thru was narrow in a very small parking lot. Other location gets formula correct and a easy safe drive up. People warned me about this particular location. They are to slow to keep up with public demand. And when you spend 5.00 you expect your drink to be what you asked for on your order.
I went through the drive thru at 10:45 and Google says they close at 11:00. So I went through the drive-thru, and they said they would be with me in a moment and 8 minutes later told me they were closed so they had me wait 8 minutes for nothing and I was pretty upset I mean I understand that it was close to closing time.
The visit was amazing staff was friendly and fast. Very clean: it’s always refreshing to smell great coffee.
I hadn’t realized they turned off mobile orders, they took my order anyways and made it at this store and they were super sweet about it! The person that helped me had light green hair and was absolutely amazing !
