The store is usually pretty busy but the atmosphere is always true to what you can expect at Starbucks. This particular store is clean and the same can be said for their restrooms.The partners are always greeting and have friendly attitudes with the exception of one or two. I would gladly feel comfortable being here all day.One less star for the discontent that sometimes occurs behind the scenes, and the occasional incorrect order, or too little given for what’s expected.
This Starbucks is extremely disappointing. There is not reason going through the Drive Thru should take 45 minutes. I’ve been in lines as long as 15 cars in front of me and it has taken 10 minutes max. Unfortunately, the way they make their drinks is not consistent. For being a new starbucks, it’s not as clean as it should be inside. For the most part the staff is friendly but they never apologize for the long wait in getting drinks. Most of the time when I come in the morning they are just walking around confused. Someone who knows how to run a starbucks needs to come out and teach them to be productive. Very disappointed in the management.

Product was ok staff was good. Always seems to be out of key items and take to long to restock. If you get into the drive through they dont have what you need your stuck until they clear the line and its always a long wait. Restock applies to every location Ive called!
Great customer service. They accidentally galore my order wrong . They quickly gave me the correct order and let me keep the incorrect order and didn’t charge me the difference. The coffee was delicious.
Always quick service despite the large amount of cars of people they serve so don’t complain if your silly sugar whipped drink they may have messed up on once made you sour. First world problem ?
This is the slowest Starbucks in history! And once they do wait on you they are rude. Worst service ever. They say they are busy but not true. The employees all stand around and talk. Manager occasionally comes out of back to assist. No wonder staff does not care…management doesn’t either. Very frustrating. Someone please open another coffee shop in Calallen area!

I had a great experience last time I went but this time they gave me a coffee that Supposed to be cold and it was hot tasted like nothing went back inside and she made it again and was still bad she added something and still tasted bad she was struggling so much and all the coffee need was sugar added that was it. I am never going back so they just lost a customer
